Bacon Liger I guess it’s pretty common, it happened to us too. A couple years back, I remember it in detail as well, we getting hyped while playing seven nation army, with a person down on the play luckily he didn’t have any broken bones but he got a major concussion.
My marching band LIVES off of this song!! All of our senior trumpets get together to play a big solo in the middle of it, but every last one if the trumpets, under or upper classmen, know the solo from the bottom of their hearts.
We might play the same version because we have a solo in ours! It’s so fun to sing to, and our BD is gonna let anyone who can get it down play it, regardless of instrument. So, we may alternate who plays
@@LaneyL179 bro u kidding me? The seniors get mad at people that play it and aren't seniors (which makes me mad because I've known the solo since my freshman year)...I'm jealous
I like that the low brass have a little bit of a solo in the beginning. I like playing this song on on my trombone when I play certain songs with my band class it randomly makes me start waving side to side.
I memorized this song and could play it with my eyes closed ( me also being the only piano player in the band ) i loved this song and i always turned up the keyboard to show everyone that im the queen of playing this song
Insert me into this situation I'm the youngest flute in my section that happens to play piccolo and everyone else in my section struggles with the song yet I just vibe the entire way fricken mint
Flutes sound great when you hear them hit the high note @ 1:17-19. I wish you could hear them. We practice it at Murchison middle school and they sound super good!
That was for The Funny Moments Marching Band while they played this song and stomp N or Nero Drone on the Ground. N or Nero Drone from Murder Drones by Liam Vickers
GOOOOOOO PERCUSSSIOOOON!! WOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOOOOO SNARE DRUMMMMM!! (If u can’t tell I’m playing the snare drum with this song at the end of September in a parade 😁😁
Omg I had 2 weeks to learn this peice as a 6th grader new to middle school and perform it for Oktoberfest (this parade thing we do) and omg it was hard but I am sure it was even harder but I’m a trumpet
We are playing this in my honor band it's amazing I wanna play seven Nation but my band director says "it's too boring" you ain't a band if you don't play seven Nation
What kind of honor band are u in jeez playing this for an honor ensemble what an abomination. This music isn't even challenging enough to be close to an honor ensemble
We are playing this in my band and the sheet music I have is from this channel which is cool and I was wondering if you could make an arrangement of Talkin' Back
Okay I’m in eighth grade and getting really excited for marching band in high school (we don’t have a middle school marching band). But when I see these transcriptions and check the comments, there’s TONS of middle schoolers in marching band and I wonder if our school is just too small to have a middle school marching band lol. Across middle school and high school, we have around 160 kids in band (fifth grade all the way up to seniors). 50 fifth graders, 40 sixth the graders, about 25 seventh and eighth graders combined and roughly 40 ish high schoolers. Only the high has a marching band. Thanks for reading me insanely boring and fact filled Ted talk lol
ive never been able to memorize a song faster than this one
Same
Do you play snare drum or bass drum? Lol
@@adastrapgh sounds rough, I play alto sax and was easy for me *remembers legend of the water dragon and that's the fastest song I ever played*
@@adastrapgh baritone😌😌
@@billysparks5493 Me too XD it twas fun and easy with visuals
Been looking for this ever since I saw The Naked Gun.
football player: *cracks 3 ribs and suffers concussion*
the band: 0:10
Big meme
That basically happened to us. We were playing and didn't even realize someone got injured. It was hilarious.
i wonder how often that happens lol. it happened at one of our football games last year
Bacon Liger I guess it’s pretty common, it happened to us too. A couple years back, I remember it in detail as well, we getting hyped while playing seven nation army, with a person down on the play luckily he didn’t have any broken bones but he got a major concussion.
One time I was at a game and some dude hurt his knee and the percussion kept speeding up in the song as this dude was dying on the ground
The naked gun bring me here. What a poor Ludwig 😭😭
Band songs from middle school are slappin

Aaahhhh it's a classic for sure, I play it every day.

I play it on my electric bass guitar
I memorized this song and could play it with my eyes closed ( me also being the only piano player in the band ) i loved this song and i always turned up the keyboard to show everyone that im the queen of playing this song
Why does this remind me of a marching band marching over a flat person?
Yeah finally, I've been looking for a Naked Gun reference in the comments 😂😂😂
"My father went the same way"
hahahaha
He’s just stunned. Lol
I forgot about that 😂😂😂😂@@iBlewupthemoon98
I could listen to this over and over
I’m using this for 8th grade marching band this year! Thanks for the help.
I’m using this for high school pep band
Never wanted to scream more in my life after being given this piece😻
As someone in a small Washington band, this is somehow one of my favorite songs that we play
I'm the drummer and everyone loves it when I play this piece.

Fond memories of seeing the “One More Time Around Again” marching band play and perform this.
I played this song in parades a couple summers ago this was my favorite one of that summer
Time to Steamroll and March over a certain Vincent Ludwig
This was So fun!! We played it as a trmb ensemble, and the second time around, ppl sang, and me and 2 others did a trio with the 2,3, and 4 parts!
As a clarinetist I am thankful .. Just a bunch of open Gs great for Mardi Gras parades which my bands doing this year yeah
My band and I get to perform this pregame at a spurs game next week, so excited
I am in a smaller marching band that plays this at every contest/festival, The last time i played this was at a football game.
idk but as a trombonist this piece really... 😭✌️
The arrangement we have at my school is so much better. Trombones have an excellent part and it's a lot higher
I as a fellow trombonist agrees we hardly have songs that uses the trombones but whenever they do I'm really excited to use it for our football games
I hate the trombone in my opinion it’s the worst instrument
How so?
@@weason8096 you lie!
One of my favorite songs
The alumni of my school love it when we play this. Also go trombones!
Im in advance band. I play this when the 5th graders where coming to my school for next year. Its hard for the first time and im in 7th grade.

Will someone tell me where the trumpet solo went? It slipped into an alternate universe I guess. Also, where my trombones at??
Idk where the trumpet solo went either and I don’t play trombone
All I can hear is wild thang😤
My school’s band plays this
Memorized this in like 2 days
Yeah, even though Louie Louie came first, this composition makes it sound exactly like Water Palace.
Me as a saxophone wants to play that solo.
My band learned this song I play the bass drum(Im a bit small)
Let the band kids rejoice in the comments
My father went the same way.
There’s a little problem with the trombone 2 and euphonium part; The F3 is supposed to be an F2, like the tuba.
In the start it sounds like futurama intro
No trumpet solo. Damn
iRaccoon That’s what I’m saying
pov: ur a trumpet player but u have the trombone part memorized
I love this song in Jazz band.
Edit: nvm the melody is so hard to memorize for me as a flute that can’t hear herself 😭😭
I play snare part for band at my school
