- Behind the scenes of the making of “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper from A Star is Born. Watch the evolution of the recording of the hit song from the 8 time Oscar Nominated film. Filmed LIVE at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles on May 2, 3, and 4, 2017 in front of a group of Little Monsters! I was lucky enough to be there in the second row for one of the tapings!
I do not own any rights to this video, just a fan trying to remember such a cool experience. Thanks to a great Little Monster from Twitter for sharing the video.
You have to respect this man for what he went through to get his voice right. So much practice. This man is a machine and I think people should respect that as much as respecting him for just being an actor.

I heard that he was like "Eh, singing's no big deal. I got this.". Then after trying it, and failing badly, he was like "Ok, I need to go me some lessons". And he stopped filming. And he learned how to sing. And damn!! He nailed it!

@Error Report I totally understand, he researched, etc to make sure the movie seemed like it was the real thing, Bradley Cooper is the only one that has been able to do this, he's also a very smart and articulate guy around, I hope he will make other movies

I wasn't a fan of lady gaga, but she is *phenomenal* in this movie. I literally forwarded to the credits to check if bradley was the one singing. MIND BLOWN. He has taken acting and directing to a whole new level.Their chemistry is explosive period

They WERE all going nuts, but..they had to stop so they could "listen" to the concert, that's what people go to a musical performance, of anything..smh🙄
Hi. I was there that day but we couldn't hear anything at all because the mics only recorded the voice for the movie sound not for people in the arena. We had some people from the stuff telling us to scream or giving us indication. The experience was good but too different of what you see here or even in the final cut.
I would go crazy getting to see her again!!!

But in my opinion, this kind of love is only found from the age of 30 onwards, when both have already experienced what they had to in due time; when both of them know what they really expect in and for their lives, and above all, what they are looking for in the other person as a life partner

I am 86 and this movie has done so much for me. I was grieving the loss of my husband of 63 yrs. It changed my thinking and feeling. I thought they was both fabulous and have bought the DVD so I can watch it again and again. I am available Bradley ha ha
A masterpiece. This movie is already on the 'greatest movies of all time' list. Cooper's 'A Star Is Born' has had that sort of an impact on people.
You know this movie has been remade like 3 times… right? All slightly different but same plot. Nice to see a modern take and acting put to it, but this isnt his ‘magical idea’ of a movie. Good movie and good soundtrack. I liked it but lets not make Bradley Cooper’s dedication to making his directorial debut good overshadow the fact thats its still just a remake.
I can't wait to see them perform on Sunday! Can't remember EVER being this excited to see the Oscars and I'm an old fart! Go ASIB!

When I recognized LG in this movie, I was shocked. I didn't know that she's naturally beautiful and how could she acting like a pro, how could she write and sings all those genres. Of course I love her music but don't care much about her, I just sometimes courious why she performed her music such as controversial. Suddenly all the things connected and puzzles completed. She had performed her acting all these times playing different roles through her music. And thanks to Brad had "found" her and believing her playing her role. Couldn't find another actress more suitable to play "Ally". ❤❤ from Indonesia

She IS beautiful with or without makeup, clothes, costumes, etc, sad that you needed to see this to actually notice.. from the very beginning of her career.
People are just blown away to see her in this light. she really is gorgeous raw and not many knew that because she was always so wild with her appearance that it was near impossible to know her true identity and now the world is seeing and appreciating it. It's not a negative thing, nor sad. Not all people will agree with that point and thus perhaps took less notice of her beauty when she's Gaga. and I think she's incredible either way but far more captivating naturally. Alot of people are far more attracted to natural looks and natural beauty too which is very normal and fair. I don't understand what you're getting at with this comment. No disrespect but it's just strange to put that twist on positive comments.

Amazing behind the scene it's awesome this movie.
I never really cared for all the costumes, strange colored wigs and the acrobatics. However, Stephanie Germanotta is now my favorite female recording artist. The chemistry between her and Bradley Cooper was so thick you could slice it w/ a chef's knife. The movie was fantastic and I will admit that I watch it everyday after the gym. Bradley certainly knew how to get the best from her during the filming. Hope they stay friends for a long, long time. And maybe another movie.
The costumes, strange coloured wigs and acrobatics are a fundamental part of Stephanie and Gaga.

My person my one.... damn just thinking bout him even after 19 years left this world. He was so broken he never told me nor his close friends and family. This movie took me back to that moment that day, hour, second. This movie cut me deep it felt so real. I cried for weeks. Losing Jon was worst then losing my dad mom grandparents and close friends. Even the lyrics to the song that she sings it just so real but then I wanted to think Mr Cooper and Miss Lady Gaga because it gave me an outlet to deal with it and not just put it in a mental relatives I'm not confront my demons from my past
