As a gengar main I can confirm this will not be balanced until given rework it will be either too op or just bad in a way

With these many stuns and statuses in the game, Full Heal needs a cooldown reduction for sure
And a longer period of usage for it's effects, at least 15 seconds long

Not really because season 1 don't have alot counter to Hex Gengar but now there is alot that can counter Hex Gengar and also there is full that make Hex Gengar unplayable
Maybe not, we have more to deal with it now, good example being season 1 had no Gravity clefable
Gengar is my most played character and I agree. Not because I think it's really going to be any good in the long term. It's not going to really impact the game's health. It needs a rework, the damage is insane and the kind of things you can do in a one-on-one are insane right, but it doesn't put a Band-Aid on Gengars trash early game. It doesn't do anything about how hard CC counters the pick. A. Rework or a massive shift of the heck set would have been a better improvement to the character. And they barely ever changed the drain meter set. I actually feel like they could put the range back on Shadow Ball and maybe dream eater. Have gangar evalu 8. Get the unite at 9. There's plenty they could do I could have done. But they want to stick with this bad design on a character that I enjoy

@@dionjones6300 100% agree on this, there are too many pokemon that seriously need to be reworked because of their horrible kits and/or scalings. But instead of doing their job properly, Timi devs always seem to take the easy route by just inflating a weak/unpopular mon's stats to an unhealthy degree that only makes them more unenjoyable to play as or against.
A team checking all roles with great synergy: Charizard and slowbro applying burns, gengar and venusaur applying poison while blissey curing status for ally.
One day I'd like to see an entire team centered around supporting a Hex Gengar like mentioned with the different Pokemon

Shocked this is how they decided to buff it. Thought it would be much more balanced if they just gave it more consistent/greater speed. Just buffing the passive and unite would have accomplished that.

I’ve never left Hex Gengar’s side through it all and I’m so happen it got a little attention even though he was basically like this before it will make a big difference
When Pokemon unite came Out 3 years ago Hex gengar was If i remember correctly nearly the Same with its cooldown on Hex. He hexed over and over again and deleted Everything in Just a few secs. Now He makea His role proud again, a real speedster. These buffs and nerfs Developers pull Out are Just random i believe. Feels Like a Roulette Game with the buffs and nerfs. Greetings from germany

Shell bell hp recovery was buff by 33% i believe

Well I've noticed one bug with Gengar that sometimes it shows your position while you in unite move
Honor of kings is looking good after every "balance" change of Unite
As a long time Hex player it’s definitely better in most situations to just auto aim your hex move instead of using it as a skill shot
Nice to see Hex buffed again this is how it should be considering how weak it is to cleanse and immunity and how punishing it can be to miss Hex/not get the CD for any reason.
gengar and dragon.p has a bug when the go invisible you can still see them sometimes it happened to me yesturday

That's a little ridiculous, but also hilarious. I would hate to come up against that Gengar build
Try this set of medals for mages: Beedrill, Venomoth, Meowscarda, Vileplume, Lugia, Butterfree, Gengar, Starmie, Tentacruel and Zubat. It gives positive stats but attack damage. You also get 1st blue, white and purple bonuses with green/black maxed out. That set up also gives like 105 movement speed allowing the glass cannon to kite even better. Give it a try, it's the one I'm using for mages.
Blue and Purple are bad. Just use the standard green-black with better flats
medals needs a huge buff
@@tomasdiethelm6553 that's already maxed out black and green. That build just lacks of HP from medals, so that's why lvl 1 white, blue and purple bring some value here. This set up gives exactly (i'm using all golden medals):
-11 Attack
+5 Defense
+7.5 Special Attack
+5 Special Defense
+105 Movement Speed
-1.2% Crit
With bonus pasive: -4% CDR, +4% SpAtk, +2% Def, +2 SpDef, 1% HP
The movement speed is way more valuable on a glass cannon than just 200 HP (which is around 100ish). Those 200 HP won't prevent you from getting one shotted by a speedster. Moving faster allows you to prevent their attack and stay alive.

The buffs on Gengar or Greninja only make bad players take these picks thinking that they are broken, but they are characters that have a high degree of mastering
There is nothing hard about hitting someone with sludge bomb, and hexing them to death with a 0 second cooldown. Pop full heal and you can kill anything....

Full Heal, Trevenant, Gravity Clefable, Safeguard Blissey are all pretty nice counters to this if it slips through the cracks of draft.

No its the buff from wild pokemon accelgor with the blue ring around it that reduces your cooldowns. Why do you think hes talking about emblems when he already showed the emblem page with no blue? Blue emblems are literally useless for this build hes building cdr not defense
