Please do more documentaries about lives in Europe.
Tell people to invest the monies at home. Show them businesses that $1,000 can do and how they can associate and form cooperative business groups and what they could have after three years.
Whereas even ten years in Europe after all the dangers still don't guarantee that one can still be able to own a room.
Thank you for all your efforts. May you grow even larger and larger until we see your satellite TV Station watched from all the countries of the world.
I know you're very hard working and I am sure God is with you and of a surety, you will get there.

How the Nigerian president has remained mute on this issue is very shocking indeed. He even had the audacity to comment on the recent non violent coup in Zimbabwe!
He needs to resolve the human trafficking issue in Nigeria first before a lot of lives are destroyed. What’s all this bragging that you are a giant nation when you can’t even clean your own house? How many lives will move him to act? These lives matter too.

John O what does what he just said have anything to do with being Igbo or not?? That’s the problem Nigeria has...other countries have different tribes but never use it the way we do to cause trouble or to be sentimental. Until we see our selves as one we will keep having issues. Smh

Grace Offo you stupid idiot africa is poor today because igerians hate the igbos. Just give the igbos power over Nigeria and see the whole Africa transform into supper power. But your hatred for the igbos bling you so much you can’t even see that it make the whole of africa remain poor. Yea Nigeria is one lol the only thing every Nigerian agree on is to hate the igbos. If you love the igbos so much why haven’t there been an Igbo president for more than 50 years. Why is it that you have quarter system against the igbos, why discriminate against the igbos. Stupid motherfucker wanna act all innocent. Black people are evil.

Africa is more blessed than the places you are dreaming to migrate to. You want talk more . Let do.

    • @setobama
      @setobama 7 років тому

John O - Have we really try that in Nigeria . On serious note if the Igbo have won the Biafra war 50 plus years ago. That we have been a good victory but base on if the country has not been deeply mix with migration of different ethnic group in the country. That we cause too much issue. On today world it does not add up for Igbo to leave because it does not make sense to have a country inside a country ( you can imagine how deprive that country inside we be I.e development we lack because you have to pass Nigeria territory to do any thing) or reason Igbo people have spread wide and thin around the country are they will to leave their business?. Such as relationship . It does not matter which part of the country we all came from as long we can hold our leaders accountable or we kick them out of office. I.e govern building statutes for international political figure while workers in that state have not been paid for a year in some places. God we not come them and fight for us . True freedom is fight by the people that want change. I respect what Charlie boy did when he told Buhari to resume or resign. That is a good example of a positive think to move forward. I talk from both my national and international experience.

The worst slavery is going on in Nigeria. What is more dangerous than very few individuals appointed to hijack the money that belong to the whole citizens, thereby mortgaging the future of Nigerian youths ? How about people dying prematurely because of lack of medical care ? Do I talk about the poor roads and poor education ? How many should I count ?

@Adeola Fayehun. Thank you for your reporting. It will also be kind of your reporting (and for the sake of objectivity in journalism) to also include the people who have been coming to the aid of the returnees (especially in Nigeria) from Libya. It would be good to place on record the efforts of the Christian church in Nigeria in stabilizing these returning migrants. The efforts of Pastor TB Joshua, Apostle Suleiman etc.. is worth mentioning. Up till now, it is sad that neither the Nigeria government nor the AU has made any substantial effort (that I am aware of) in integrating the returnees back into the society. In addition, the lack of concerted effort by individual African government in tackling this unnecessary death trip for its citizenries should be emphasized. Thank you.

Hi Adeola, i also what to know that sales and kidnapping in Libya was started by Nigerians connection men who lives in Libya, them use the Libyans to do the job, sometimes the kidnapper will tell you that your Africa brother send me to kidnapped you, our girls who have been in Libya for many years do the same things, after using the girls for prostituted they will sold her to another connection, so the Nigerians connection men and women in Libya are evil and i don't think many of will go back home because people who return from libya will kill them and even there family. sorry to say i use to have that in mind because of what they do to me too, but God still help to get to Europe.

If every time we almost posted about "the failure of 'African leaders'", we made it a point to stop and redirect that criticism to some part of ourselves that needs changing, perhaps Nigeria would already be a greater country by now

Well done Adeola for bringing this to the public although it’s not a recent news. That documentary was made last year. Most of these people smuggling themselves to Europe via the back door know of the risks yet they proceed. I don’t understand the mindset. Nigeria is bad, but not bad enough for people to risk their lives in that manner. The Nigerian government need to educate Nigerians of the factual way of life in Europe and US if you are not legal in the country. It is not very nice. I live in the UK and I see a lot of Nigerian and African illegal immigration treated like shit. It brings tears to my eyes why anyone would like to be subjected to such a degrading experience because they want to live in Europe or the US. 😠🤯

God bless you Adeola. The Bible also says my people are perish because of lack of knowledge. How could people pay huge amount of money and also take a big risk travelling through Libya to Europe. It's quite unfortunate. We have to also start doing something about our so called leaders.People should also stop paying Tithes to Pastors that can't help the needy.

The Nigerians really can't see they are being fooled and cheated by people more clever than them = the human smugglers who will rip them
off and the Libyans who may take them as slaves. Just stay at home, it is so much
      safer.

Thankyou for this report, Adeola. It had me just crying and crying over the brutality, exploitation, and cruelty. I hope the gov'ts of Africa do public education to show why it is too dangerous to take these routes or use smugglers. Supporting smugglers is the same as supporting slavers, human traffickers, rapists, torturers, and murderers. And many countries right now are very anti-immigrant, which will make life hard in a new nations, too. I wish the leaders of the nations could find a way to give opportunities. Imagine what a smart person, determined and hard-working, with $1000 or $3000 could do if they were helped to start their own small business or pool their money to start a business. Innovative ideas to help these women and men, so they don't have to suffer horrors in transit to another land. It is too sad to think of them in camps, on plantations, in the desert being harvested. It's monsters out there. MONSTERS. May God's wrath fall upon these brutes who can't value the lives of others.
