Kirkland albacore tuna is life. It is delish. I also like to mix a can of the kirkland chicken with my tuna & sqeeze just a little fresh lemon juice in it..Yummy 😋
You got the albacore white tuna which is so much better than the cheapy tuna. The solid white tuna is a little more per can but so much better! I would definitely keep it.
The Tetra paks are nice too because they're shelf stable. Remember with your tuna it's Albacore tuna which is different then the cheap ones at walmart. It's why it's so expensive.
Don't return the case of Tuna. You have to at least try it!! You can still return if you don't like it. The quality is way better, so much so that we will never buy the cheap tuna again. Costco's Albacore tuna is the only tuna we buy for our family.

Starkist that was putting 3 oz of tuna in a 4 oz can.They were sued over it.Litigants could file a claim for a $25 refund,or $50 in coupons.Guaranteed.But their fancy lawyers kicked in,and no one has gotten anything yet.They said too many ppl filed claims,and now it's down to $2 a claim.We'll see if anyone even gets that.I do not buy starkist anymore
I also wanted to add that i think youre comparing the great value chunk light to the kirkland albacore. The great value albacore is over $1 a can. The kirkland tuna is delicious!

I was making beef stew once in a rush after work years ago, I used powdered sugar instead of flour for the meat I was so confused it was bubbly in the oil LOL. It happens :)
haha thats funny!! I had a friend who was making chicken and dumplings and used canned biscuits for the dumplings, but accidentally bought canned cinnamon buns and didnt notice until her entire family was eating them!! haha apparently everyone liked them though ;-)
The costco is albacore tuna though. The cheaper cans from walmart are usually “chunk white”. That actually is a decent per oz price for albacore. Its better tuna. Think of it like cuts of meat. Not all steak is same price. 👍🏼👌🏼🙃

Freedom In A Budget compare the yolk colour. The darker the yolk, the better/stronger the flavour, which may seem salty in comparison to a pale (malnourished chicken) yolk.

The Kirkland tuna is excellent (and I am not a big tuna eater.) It is solid white tuna -- I never buy any other tuna. Pricey but excellent quality, not like that shredded flaky stuff one gets with the store brands. Enjoy.

ok, i"m a freak when it comes to processed food like your chicken fried steaks or the chicken nuggets. Are there gross pieces in there? Anything chewy or yucky will send me over the edge? ack! Just curious.
I noticed that you had a lot of snacks and treats for your son. Can you get "clean eating" food at Costco? My family tends to eat freshly cooked vegetables and meat. We tend to avoid the processed food. Trying to decide if a membership is a good idea for our family.
Yes, Costco has a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Our haul is usually fruits, vegetables, cheese and a couple bags of chips for a treat. You could check out other youtubers Costco’s hauls to get an idea of the fresh foods that they carry.
Karen get one of your friends to buy you a 20 gift card and you can go in and buy from the store without getting a membership so you can see if it is for your family or not. Or you can go in with a friend that has a membership so you can see if it’s for you or not. They have so much great organic a fresh food, Fruits etc
Karen Yee In my area, I do better with BJ's than I do with Costco as far as organics. My sons were once very ill, so clean eating isn't a choice for us. It is frustrating trying to find cheaper options. You can walk through either one of these clubs for free, although I recommend doing it twice because (at least over here)what is there one week may not be there the next. Maybe consider Thrive Organic Market Online? FWIW, I still like to watch these hauls and get ideas. I can just sub out with other brands or fresh cooked.
It depends because all Costco were not made equally. They stock based off of what sells and also if they provide wholesale to businesses. My Costco has very few snack options and a huge variety of fresh produce and many organic. The Costco a few towns over their snack section is huge, I couldn’t even find an organic fruit and a million drink options. You can get a free trial membership and shop no strings attached.
Do you ever find you have a tough time getting through all that food, especially produce, with a family of only 3 eaters? I'm intimidated by the size of some of the containers, lol.
Christine Earl well this food is supposed to be for an entire month, so that’s a lot of meals! The produce goes pretty quick... Connor can sit and eat the entire container of strawberries and grapes if I let him 😂 but this is a super large haul so I know some of this stuff will last beyond this month ☺️
Aldi egg rolls are really good. The pork is better than the chicken. The closest to Chinese takeout I could find. All of the Walmart egg roll brand are nasty. Lol. Love your videos.

Did you know that it is very common to add cinnamon to hamburger and beef in Lebanon and other mid eastern countries. It can be delicious!

Plus I believe the cans contain more tuna. They used to have skipjack tuna, it was really good. My Costco quit selling it :(

Great haul we’re the diapers cheaper at Costco. How long does that amount of diapers last you? My twins diapers last about two week

yes, they have a ton of seasonal produce but the proportions are usually the same. they usually let you check out the warehouse before signing up
