I met my Twin Flame in High School. He was my greatest friend and he always cared about me. We’ve moved on with our karmic and haven’t spoken for 17 years. I have had that experience. I actually went to school with her and forgot her. I liked her and was too scared to talk to her. The memories are coming back and we've been able to send each other mental imagines multiple times. Shes a smarter, nerdier version of myself and I think shes more glorious and graceful.
When I met my twin, neither of us knew what a twin flame was. We went through a process of observing the undeniable similarities between us and we’re both in agreement that we met for purpose. We had conversations early on about the possibilities of why we met. After almost three months of this dynamic in our interaction the twin flame concept came up and it initiated the ‘runner/chaser’ mode. She ran and I chased. The first separation lasted over 2 weeks. The synchronicity between us is off the charts and this gave her a lot of anxiety. I have talked to many people that believe they are having a TF experience but they can’t relate any powerful synchronicity. My twin and I are not yet in 3D union but we are mirroring each other in many ways and remain connected through synchronicity. We’ve only known each other for about 6 months and have only met in person twice. The first meeting was a planned event but the second was totally serendipitous. She just happened to see me standing outside of a local cafe so she stopped to come and see me. The TF journey is a mystical experience.. very supernatural. It defies everything I’ve ever experienced with another person. We’re not intimate, but I have an intense love for her that transcends everything I’ve ever felt for past partners and can only be compared to the love a parent feels for their new born child. She didn’t have to say or do anything. I even fought the feelings I was having but eventually gave in to the powerful draw. My twin has said to me that she doesn’t even believe in the twin flame experience but I can feel she is starting to accept the connection. We just don’t talk about it. Twin flames do have a purpose and mission, which we touched on very early in our interaction. So instead of focusing on the twin flame idea, we talk about things we have in common and the potentials. Our common interests and synchronicity has been the glue holding us together. Without the mission and affinity through synchronicity there is no twin flame journey. Lady designer It’s because the twin flame relationship is A LOT more painful and hard, whereas the “normal” relationship feels like a breeze in comparison. I understand it I’ve wanted to have a normal relationship instead of staying and working on things too. I’m the runner though, I’m sure at some point things will be in reverse. We’ve taken turns with the roles. This connection is so painful, hard and confusing. The love is amazing but it gets disconnected all the time and I don’t know how to fix it.

I think this is more suited for twin flames that have accepted the connection. If a runner feels the connection or someone who is half in half out feels the connection, what they say could sound totally different. Same energy but coming from a place of fear or resistance. And soul mates and twin flames are not the same thing. You can have multiple soul mates (romantic & non-romantic), but only one twin flame.
The first moment I saw him the voice in my head exclaimed “there you are!”. I didn’t even now what I meant by that because I’d never seen him before but he looked so familiar and felt known to me but not in appearance. Yet we have individual experiences of conditioning from out parents, peers, schools, relationships, and so on that form how we conduct ourselves and how we CHOOSE to respond to our triggers. We are not slaves to our fears. We decide when they serve us and when they don't. Yet we will, thankfully always have them... they are how we survive. And this fear of abandonment is not one sided. Ghosting and silent treatment, etc. is from a fear of abandonment, so they do it first, in my experience. Or a fear of failure. Fear of loss. Fear of not being enough... the same thing we all live with. It's how we CHOOSE to handle them, by conditioning or conscious decision, that makes the difference. When I met my twin, neither of us knew what a twin flame was. We went through a process of observing the undeniable similarities between us and we’re both in agreement that we met for purpose. We had conversations early on about the possibilities of why we met. After almost three months of this dynamic in our interaction the twin flame concept came up and it initiated the ‘runner/chaser’ mode. She ran and I chased. The first separation lasted over 2 weeks. The synchronicity between us is off the charts and this gave her a lot of anxiety. We’ve only known each other for about 6 months and have only met in person twice. The first meeting was a planned event but the second was totally serendipitous. She just happened to see me standing outside of a local cafe so she stopped to come and see me. The TF journey is a mystical experience.. very supernatural. It defies everything I’ve ever experienced with another person. We’re not intimate, but I have an intense love for her that transcends everything I’ve ever felt for past partners and can only be compared to the love a parent feels for their new born child. She didn’t have to say or do anything. I even fought the feelings I was having but eventually gave in to the powerful draw. My twin has said to me that she doesn’t even believe in the twin flame experience but I can feel she is starting to accept the connection. We just don’t talk about it. Twin flames do have a purpose and mission, which we touched on very early in our interaction. So instead of focusing on the twin flame idea, we talk about things we have in common and the potentials. Our common interests and synchronicity has been the glue holding us together. Without the mission and affinity through synchronicity there is no twin flame journey. I believe there are thousands of people that have this confused.

Lady designer It’s because the twin flame relationship is A LOT more painful and hard, whereas the “normal” relationship feels like a breeze in comparison. I understand it I’ve wanted to have a normal relationship instead of staying and working on things too. I’m the runner though, I’m sure at some point things will be in reverse. I think this is more suited for twin flames that have accepted the connection. If a runner feels the connection or someone who is half in half out feels the connection, what they say could sound totally different. Same energy but coming from a place of fear or resistance. And soul mates and twin flames are not the same thing. You can have multiple soul mates (romantic & non-romantic), but only one twin flame.
The first moment I saw him the voice in my head exclaimed “there you are!”. I didn’t even now what I meant by that because I’d never seen him before but he looked so familiar and felt known to me but not in appearance. Yes, we are one soul.
Yet we have individual experiences of conditioning from out parents, peers, schools, relationships, and so on that form how we conduct ourselves and how we CHOOSE to respond to our triggers.
We are not slaves to our fears. We decide when they serve us and when they don't. Yet we will, thankfully always have them... they are how we survive.
And this fear of abandonment is not one sided. Ghosting and silent treatment, etc. is from a fear of abandonment, so they do it first, in my experience. Or a fear of failure. Fear of loss. Fear of not being enough... the same thing we all live with.
It's how we CHOOSE to handle them, by conditioning or conscious decision, that makes the difference.
I have found that being patient, understanding, and consistent and having good boundries yet non-judgmental is the key to moving forward...
