Doesn't hurt as much as people like me who found them out while they were still active, lived through the hype of each new release of them, and still haven't come to terms with their "death". They were (still are) very special to me, and while I still enjoy other music, the hole they've left has never been filled ever since. I'd love to experience again that thrill of hearing a new crossfade and counting the days for their new release, they never let me down, not even once. It's been 8 fucking years, I can't believe it still hurts.

2 months later ~ As the guy said, this is a rearrange from a PC game series called Touhou, there's plenty of music circles that do rearranges of Touhou's music. If you read the top of the description, it states that this is the rearrange of Mystia Lorelei's themes "Song of the Night Sparrow" and "Deaf to All but the Song".

@therealrakuster to explain, Foreground Eclipse usually releases songs in their demos and they also USED to release songs in other albums as a circle collaborating with another circle. This could be considered the "improved" version, since it was the version they got for THEIR full album. I am actually expecting the same to happen with Destruction & I Bet You'll Forget That in their next full album. So yeah.
Why people complain about the screamo? Thats what makes Foreground Eclipse, effing FOREGROUND ECLIPSE! Plus I love it with the screamo, just makes it better :D

And besides, Merami has done work in other circles (as Meramipop/めらみぽっぷ), so if you like her vocals, you should go and listen to those instead of Foreground Eclipse, which mind you, is her MAIN project... also, she likes this genre. foreground eclipse almost in all his songs have a scream similar, like its logo, is a moon (darker lyrics, screams) taken over by a sun (animating lyrics, soft voices), whitout darkness how do you know what is light?
Look up touhou if you haven't already, they mostly make arranges/remixes of song from the touhou games, the characters are also all from touhou, and the songs are (usually) remakes of their themes.
First few seconds reminded me of Kingdom Hearts. I love Kingdom Hearts. I normally don't like screaming in my music, but for this I find some kind of appeal in it. I wonder why.
You all hush this song is fine on my view and I don't see how it can be disliked, if you don't like a mix of soft and rock, then don't listen to it. They chose to make it that way cause it feels good to them in the creation process and it seems by the likes that 95% like it, so stop complaining or get the instrumental version.
