That UltraPak is no joke. Only thing i don't like about it is the amount you have to put in the hydroforce Those are 3oz cups not the usual 2oz. It does work though that's for sure. Amazing as always for sure.

How could someone live in a house this nasty?!?
Would a wet cloth with an iron sitting on top of it removed the red stain?
You have to use a reducing agent then a wall paper steamer . ( wet towel and iron is an old method. If done wrong you can burn the carpets)
Usually most cleaners charge an additional charge.I do.
