Wow! Loved this salad. I am trying to add more fruits and veggies in my diet. This salad was filling and flavorful. Every bite has so many flavors. Loved the addition of beans and bean juice. And using sunflower oil! Another bonus instead of mayo or some other oil!! Packed full of goodness. So nicely done!! I bet it will be more flavorful tomorrow
