Back in the late 90s I had the escape pod set from "a new hope" but I could swear it came with R2d2 AND c3p0. But it's been a really long time so Im not sure
Yes the action fleet version the larger one came in a Battle Pack that had the escape pod, r2, c3po, and a couple other figures.
missing sabine's , leia, obi wan, obi and r2 escape
Keep hoping to find series 2 but still no luck. I just need the 3 chase blinds as I got all the standards with the Amazon orders.
Where do you find these packs I've only seen the wave 1s in target and the 2s with the Amazon, now 3s co.ing put and I don't wanna miss 2😂
I got most of these at hot topic when they had them. If you check out my Facebook page I have a post that discusses where all of them have been found. Unfortunately they aren’t in the big box stores yet and not sure if they will be :/
Never knew about the Micro Machines version. I love the size/scale (for display). Can it be opened?
No it can’t open just a solid mass. It comes in one of the 3 packs you can find it pretty cheap

i wish they had better release info on this stuff. Things either never seem to appear or only appear in certain places. Does anyone know what's happening with the Imperial Shuttle? It seemed to come out for about a week on Amazon and then disappear...
There are quite a bit of updates. Right now Series 1 is still being worked through at some retailers, Series 2 continues to slowly trickle into stores. Series 3 has been shipping through Amazon but has not released in stores. Series 4 is preorder only. The imperial shuttle and ATAT are part of series 4. It was up for preorder on Amazon only but will be a wide release this fall.
You can also check out my Facebook group where I post updates often. Also, on my friends site Rebelscale.com he has update on upcoming vehicles and has a link to my Google sheet that has all the updates for Series 4-5 and beyond.

i was hoping to get it today.
i didn't... but i got an AT-RT, and a Scout Trooper out of 3 boxes.
also got Mando but his bike is bent which is not cool.
anyway.. I'm happy i got the AT-RT.

now i know i NEED the escape pod !
Use some warm water or a hair dryer on low to warm the plastic them Gold it in place while it dries and you can fix the bend. Be careful to not hear too much or two long it will melt the plastic

Is there a way to know what you are going to get? Like a code on the box?
Nope. Other than weight and possibly feeling the box. The codes and upc are all the same.
