The HUB at RTP

The Hub RTP is a significant development project in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. It is a 100-acre, $1.5 billion mixed-use development aimed at transforming Research Triangle Park into a vibrant destination. The project is centrally located within Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill at the intersection of I-40 and Davis Drive.
The Hub RTP development will feature 1 million square feet of Class A office space, 1,200 residential units, 75,000 square feet of retail space, and 425 hotel rooms. The project also includes parks, green spaces, and miles of connected trails. This ambitious undertaking is designed to create a dynamic live-work-play environment, turning the area into more than just a workplace. It aims to provide a hub of activities where people can live among innovators, enjoy dining experiences, and access nature trails, all within the largest research park in the United States.
