    I sold a major part of books to a bookstore. They were well kept of course. And I bought a kindle paper white.

    Why shred the books...? They could've donated them to some broke students or a school.

      Most schools in North America make you buy new books every year. A text book gets ”out of date” quickly.

      pmexplore which schools?

    • @pmexplore
      @pmexplore  5 років тому +1

      @@elibxborn in this context I was referring to colleges and the schools that exist within colleges. Back in my day I used to flip and sell text books. You can no longer do that with how various aspects of textbooks have digital component of it. And access to that is by the text book and the drm that comes with that specific edition of the text book.

      They are shredded as the binding and such is removed to facilitate scanning. At the end it is just a stack of pages.

    You're giving some online services access to your bank account(s)!? Wouldn't that be the worst of all bad ideas? Am I missing something here?

      It depends on the level of trust one has. Many give this information freely to tax companies for automated tax processing, online financial management and services alike.

      Fernando Ceballos lol then keep them. I personally don't really like hard copies. I like to be as mobile as possible.

    Checking out your vids. I like your style. This is an interesting niche. I don't consider myself a minimalist but maybe I'll learn something. Nice vid. If you get a sec, check out my channel.
