Set it off is not a very popular band, but I listen to it 24/7. Their music is absolutely amazing, and this is one of my favorites. This channel has good taste in what music to make nightcore.

If you take this song literally, it means escaping from depression. Depression is a terrible nightmare (monster) that can be caused by death, bullying, or neglect, and could lead to bullying (to get their own pain out of their mind) or suicide. I realized this as I have MDD (major depressive disorder) and I want to escape my nightmare of no happiness.. if you have anything to add, please add a comment! (Just a theory)
