I'm a veteran, get my medical care at the VA medical center in PHX
I have medicare part A. I do NOT have part B. I am a retired federal employee. I have my eatna insurance as a retired employee.
Don't want to pay for both. I also don't want to be forever penalized for NOT having part B but I don't know where to get real information on this one particular point. What can I do?

Yes, she will have to get marketplace insurance as Medicare will only be for you.
