Got Passport collection email on 30th Aug ( collected approved visa stamped passport on 31th Aug) Biometric on 4th Aug.- File submitted for student visa with 2 dependants ( Husband and kid ). Biometric on 4th Aug. VFS Delhi. Collection email for all three passports. One paid enquiry was done last week via email option. Student with first time visa, dependant with few countries visa already on passport. Hope this can help others to estimate the time for their passport. Also the study gap was 8yrs, bachelors was done in 2013. Submitted all work exp letters along with current salary slips for 3 months while applying visa. Dependant salary slips and ITRs for three yrs were also submitted, no work letter in case of dependant.

Student visas are currently taking 3 weeks to be processed from the date of the biometric appointment. You are currently at the end of the second week.

I'm hiding my canada refusal from the University and in the pre cas questionnaire I've mentioned i don't have any rejection. But when I'll file my visa I'll mention my rejection. I attended passport droping on 23rd april, i got mail that i need to show the evidence for my deposited amount on 24th april. So i had sent my loan sanction letter, disbursement letter and HSBC bank statements to the Sheffield mail on 27th april i received a automatic mail regarding documents received. And i have not received any mail from vfs. Do i get my vissa now the date is 30th April.

Akashdeep singh it takes upto 10 business days for passport stamping and dispatch by VFS. It usually is just 1-3 days but due to high backlog nowadays it is taking longer. Specially Punjab side

Actually I applied under tier 4 visa in feb 2021 for bpp university in mac accounting and finance with advance diploma route with MOI based and 77 in English. Unfortunately I faced refusal on basis of lack of knowledge ( embassy interview).
Then I filed for AR on 10 March 2021. Hopefully, I got positive response on it.
But my CAS was expired. So, as per instructed by HO. I withdrawl my application in august 2021.
Now I again filed under tier 4 visa for ULAW in bsc business management.with 6.5 overall bandscore not less than 6.
Pls say some words about visa chances and embassy interview.

Your previous visa refusal wouldnt have a huge impact on your current visa application since knowledge is subjective and can be improved. However, chances of interview is high in your case. So just have good preparation for your interview and apart from that I dont see any issues with your case. Best of luck🙏🏻

yes sure. Please get covering letter from bank that Husband has access to funds and can withdraw them in the standard format. You might have used the same format for yours
@@RahulNidhi no i use my different account for my funds . So your means we have no need to open new account nd wait for 28 days funds again?
Yes no need to open new account. But if you are reusing funds shown in your file for your husband as well then there could be issue. For e.g if you showed 16 lacs for your profile and showing same 16 lac for husband then could be problematic. if it is 16+Living cost of husband then no issues at all.
If separate funds for husband are not there then best to show the funds in a separate account in the name of your husband

No need to panic. Its been exactly 5 business days since you submitted the file that is within the processing time published by gov.uk. Difference in name se rejection nahi aate and UKVI ko document chahiye hota hai toh woh mang lete hain.
Relax and give it a 2-3 more days for passport stamping and dispatch

Hi, pretty informative video, liked and subscribed. If anyone gets refusal on the basis of funds, however, for re-applying also we have to wait for Passport and IHS refund isn't it? In how many days we get our passport after refusal? Do we need to do anything to get timely refund IHS or you can tell in how many days we get refund of IHS. Thank you in Advance.
Passport should be immediately couriered but IHS fees may take some time. It took 2 months for one of the student applicant. But technically you dont have to wait for IHS refund if you are reapplying as you can give reference of the same in your new application and it will pick it up
Hello, I got my CAS letter today. Due to some circumstances, I would not be able to apply for my Visa on time. Date of enrollment is 10 Oct. If I apply late like on 3-4 Oct Will it affect my Visa application. like possiblity of Visa rejection or deferment?

After 6 months of waiting I received the Administrative review success letter 3 weeks ago and On the 14th of this month I received another mail to pay an additional money for my IHS which I did..

It's not mean refused. It is only mistake by vfs. So you can contact them by vist or call. You will get that letter within next 10 working days. 🙏🙏
If visa vignette/stamping is present on passport then its a success. Rarely they send passport back without the vignette or decision letter in which case please contact vfs

Do UKVI verify e statement also I have downloaded e statement from Punjab National Bank and it has stamp and signature too
Covering letter is more important and should be stamped from bank on their letter head

Try different card. If debit card, use a credit card. Check international transaction is disabled or limit not set. If still doesn't work then contact bank customer care please
Kisi aur ka card try kar lo ya sidhe call hi kar lo during business hours. Agent ki bas ki kuch nahi hoti isme. UKVI ki taraf se delay hota hai

Hey man, my friend and I applied on the same day from vfs kolkata on 10th August. He got a dispatch mail yesterday in the evening 31st Aug and have received the visa today. Provided the fact the he did have his appointment half an hour earlier than mine. But is this normal, like one two day difference in getting an update. Or should I do a paid inquiry.

I have been refused student visa ,on the basis that I didn’t state that I have been denied Uk visa before and undeclared name . What do I do? I didn’t know I have been denied visa before because my agent lied to me that he withdrew the application unknown to me that I have been refused

Hi, my study visa is refused bcz of 300 pounds less in total funds. Is it possible to reapply on the same CAS
Or what can I do, my classes are going to start from 11 sept 23, and I got refusal on 21 aug.
Unfortunately know. Inform you University and they will guide you on the new CAS. Funds will have to be maintained again for 28 days.

That's unfortunate but you need to go as per them. If they say you can apply again on same then you should. Maintain 28 days funds again. Above is a no then there is no other way then to apply in next intake

Hello brooo maine dependent visa apply kiya tha uk ka meri wife main applicant hei unka visa agya tha wo travl kr chuki hei uk mei . Meri bio thi 28 aug and mujhe kal 15oct ko decision mila apka visa refused kr diya gya hei ounu ne reason diya funds apke km hei jitne hone chaiye 500 pound km the . But ounu ne 3 FD check ki jo wife te time pe lgayi thi meri FD alag thi maine vfs mei scan krwai thi wife ke 24lakh funds the mere 6lakh funds alag se pade the ounu ne 6 lakh ka kuch bi ni check kiya wife vale check krkr ounu ne refusal de di kya kr skte hei ab ! Review ja refilling
Agar valid funds dikhaye the and abhi bhi withdrwa nahi kiye toh go for review. Review mein lekin time lag sakta hai.

Brother wanted your suggestion my son and wife had dependant bio on 10th and in paid inquiry for my son its says decision made but during his form filling ihs reference was generated but for 0 rs . So should i be worried that it will be rejected since they didn’t ask me to pay IHS through mail
Same happened with me in my dependent application which I files after my wife got her student visa the IHS fee was showing to be 0. My biometric was on 12 August in Chandigarh. I am still waiting for my decision
