Well, I actually was getting ready to order suspension kit and tail cone to go with it...... but decided to create my own velomobile instead :) Building to include their suspension set up, already have it.
Hi Dan! I’m wondering if the Milan GT would fit me at 6’3” and wide across shoulders and hips with size 45 shoes? I ask because we share a shoe size. With love, Ken
I think you would fit... I'm riding an earlier version, Mk 2. The newer ones have better range of adjusting. My shoulders are 22 inches wide, plenty of shoulder room
I prefer side stick steering, more relaxed when riding, plus it's not in the way when getting in or out. Also, brake steering is possible with side stick :)
@@yourmeister no I haven't.... assuming you mean electronic shifting. I prefer Rohloff hubs on velomobiles, and the only way they offer electronic shifting is with their electric assist version.
@@DanKildea no, i mean electronic everything. You said you preferred side sticks, me too. You can make steering and braking account for balance, acceleration, direction of movement automatically. Though it would be more useful on an electric vehicle, i just thought you might have considered something similar. Basically it would be a literal electronic side stick like on an Airbus.
@@yourmeister I'm trying to keep the velomobile as light as possible; adding technology would most likely add weight, and of course more complexity....
you should add waw rear suspension, l installed one. There great and precision.

@@DanKildea Thanks heaps!! Exciting 👍
Thanks for the video, what type of steering you prefer?

@@DanKildea ever considered ride-by-wire?
