• Before you start
- Take your butter and heavy cream out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before using.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Ingredients
(servings: 6 florentines (ø7cm))
□ 24g unsalted butter
□ 35g granulated sugar
□ 25g heavy cream
□ 10g honey
□ 13g corn syrup
□ Pinch of salt
□ 40g blanched sliced almonds
□ 100g milk chocolate
□ Candied orange peels, optional
