We developed it to be kept outside the fridge for bartenders to keep their precious fridge space for other products, this range came from a strong market demand! Unfortunately we cannot answer how the shelf life is in a fridge, we have not tested this.

I understand that your main market is for cafes, bars, business, but as a consumer of your product knowing how long 1 liter of monin syrup/puree can keep for if refrigerated would be nice to know.

It's a single spindle mixer from Hamilton Beach, but you can find it in other brands too ;) It is used to mix drinks or blending batters for example.
