Joy - It was great meeting the two of you. It was such a fun ride in so many respects. I so look forward to your videos for the competent editing and great audio narration that's clear and crisp. Keep up the good work and see you next year (I already put it in my calendar!).
It was great to meet you too! We had an awesome time this year and are definitely looking forward to the next one. Thanks for your support, I so appreciate it!
The us roads look so ..wide,like alot of aussie roads, compared to those tiny uk alleyway *mainroads* 👍😀🤣yet those euro rider are flying along...crazy 🙈🤣
I’m okay! Thanks so much for reaching out and asking, very thoughtful. Still riding but have just been busy and unsure if will continue the moto content. Thanks again. 🖤
The DGR has been putting a cafe bug in me. Has me looking at retro looking bikes. Is a 2009 Honda Shadow Aero considered retro enough? As much as I would like to get another motorcycle, I do not know if I would purchase a bike for a single event each year.
Great looking bike! I'd say get whatever one suits you because agreed, it's hard to justify buying a certain bike for one event out of the year. We've actually seen other bike styles (touring, cruisers) at DGR that wouldn't really be considered cafe or vintage, but they were still able to participate.
@@JoyonaBike I guess I will try and attend a DGR event next year then. There were two DGR events in my state, but my bike was not running well. Looking forward to next year already! Take care, ride safe.
We were on a ride last year and one of non-holding mc were stopping at intersections and running ahead passing illegally. He got on the wrong side in a curve and hit a small truck headin. Ended losing his right leg. 😎😎
How awful. There were a couple of ride leaders who, if I remember correctly, came over from LA to help us out. They had experience leading/directing big groups. Still scary stuff at times.
@@angryuser0 Yea we felt a little unsafe at times riding with people we didn’t know and in a group like this but when it comes down to it, riding a motorcycle is dangerous in itself.
@@JoyonaBike When our club does our Ride for the Fallen we have it escorted by the LDP Motor Unit. They have blue lights and the authority to stop traffic and pass the group on double yellow, etc. Just alot safer. 😎😎

2 Questions not related to DGR: #1. What kind of mic are you using? #2. Are you going to apply for the Royal Enfield program Build Train Race?
Nice ride😎😎
Thanks and thanks for watching!

When I saw ads for this thing, I was trying to gauge how fucking insufferable and unsafe this ride would be and it's as expected.
