From Snow's Platoon handbook, to kick someone they need to be inactive for 3 days though. That's pretty tough for leader to manage inactive players (imagine someone just casually login every 2 days and ruined the whole platoon). That's why I'm pretty reserved of casual/relax requirement guild :s

I'm also mid core like you, but with requirement like that you have to be very careful picking guild/guild mate
