Manila Oceanpark is only open Tuesdays to Sunday and Public Holidays 10AM to 6PM
You can buy tickets through their website or at there accredited online partner such as Klook. You can also purchase the tickets over the counter on the day of your visit through walk-in.

They have two parking lots available for their guests:
South Parking (near Harbor View) and North Parking (near Manila Hotel). The rates are as follows:
For Car/SUV
* First three hours - P50.00
* Succeeding hours or a fraction thereof - P30.00
For Motorcycle
*6am to 10pm - P40.00 (flat rate)
*Succeeding hours or a fraction thereof - P40.00
They have a 15-minute 'grace period' if you'd like to just drop off your passengers at the main entrance and park somewhere else.
The Oceanarium has become one of the most visited attractions and tourist spot in Manila since April 2007. Moreover, 14,000 sea creatures from about 277 indigenous in Southeast Asia species live in the site. It is divided into several sections showcasing different exciting attractions. The main is a curved walkway tunnel where you can see the fishes swimming around above your head. In fact, this place has become the favorite go-to in educational tours itineraries. Interactive exhibits where you can talk to sea-lions are in here as well. Even tourists are in awe of the place and became regular visitors in their Philippine visits. An oceanarium is a wonderful place to relax both mentally and physically. Indeed, the Manila Ocean park has become the pride of the City.
