This is solid advice, and it is exactly what has worked for me. I’m in cardiac rhythm management sales (pacemakers) and started in my territory with 0 revenue. Focus on making their practice better, get people to like you over time, know your products back and forth and what patient population they can uniquely benefit. Build relationships/friendships wherever you can and you might get a shot somewhere. I wish I appreciated the time it would take and the patience that is needed to change a doctor’s mind. Definitely started out over the top and pushy with some doctors - didn’t do me any favors.

Hindsight is 20/20 In this industry man. But, the people that have the ability to stay in it for longer are often the best 😉
