It's the same thing every time they are at odds with eachother in this crew.
Neither side knows what's actually going on with the other person, and just assume things, without anyone taking accountability for anything.
It's like they are all expecting the other person to read their mind, instead of actually talking about it.
Thats because half the people on the server are metagaming.

Marty getting cooked but he’s not wrong. Heisting as a division shouldn’t be expected to run like selling weed and whatnot because there’s a hard limit on how often you can do it. I get him because it’s frustrating having someone above you yell at you to do something that you can’t effectively do under the given conditions.
It’s also important to note that eventually they’ll need to start making money from this or else there’s no point for the people who are on the job to participate.
I kinda agree wit Marty.. he just needs to tell langs how it’s goin and say I’m the heist leader.. like even lang assuming it was still tension between Marty and yuno cause he said “I don’t want to be bothered with that.. you deal with it” And never asked if it was cool.. think Marty yuno do need a meeting wit him

Lang (IC) is irritated that the heist crew isn't being managed day-to-day in the city unless it is being managed by him. Lang (the character) wants to see Marty (the character) doing the work of making sure the pieces are on the board (which is to say RPing heist crew management outside of just when they are running heists once a week). Yuno taking himself off the app was a perfect time for Marty to take the reigns and do "crew leader RP" and the only RP that Lang saw was Marty asking Lang to take over the situation. Marty (the character) has alternated between doing a poor job of leading the crew (you can all be replaced) and not leading it at all, but Lang is really trying to push him to lead and backing him when he does (including the "you can all be replaced" time). Saying "I'm the heist leader, Lang, back off" would probably be a good start, but it needs to be followed by some action as well. To be clear, I'm a huge fan of both Omie and Marty and I think Lang is a massive prick... but in this case Marty isn't consistently leading this crew.
I actually think tis is what Lang wants, someone to take complete control of their section and I mean the sort of "F Lang but no denying he really helped get me here" stuff which oddly is exactly the thing Marty wanted to learn

Itd be cool if marty made the side crew and Mista Lang comes out of retirement hacking with Geega and flash or ilya get to join the main squad. Its been fun to see how things develop. Lowkey hope the side crew yuno inputs ray somehow.

Honestly Lang should let them do it and recruit whoever they want but there's no way they'd have people from other gangs involved as they'll be on their own apps. Needs to be people who aren't already on another or would be happy to swap over. Just let this lot do heists and pay a cut from every job they do and if Lang still wants to do heists he can just put another crew together and both do it. It's madness they're doing heists and not getting paid even CG all take equal cuts and then pay back a certain amount to buy stuff the gang needs.
How are we looking?
The biggest problem by far is the fact no one on the crew gets paid for the heists except the Dons. Every person in the crew is -200k for the crew and have gotten pennies in return. There was even the whole narrative that it wasn't about the money its about the fun and experience. Classic scammer talk. Where does the money go? Into a warehouse, into another war. It's pretty obvious why the moral is down tremendous, no reward, no fun and all the stress and risk.
Omie makes Marty so freaking unlikeable. He's like Joffrey from GoT

crew is in building phase. all of heist money goes for making GPUs. thats what i know so far
But to take 100% of all heists money for the crew is soo demoralized. They should get some percentage from it imo.
Bruh these Don's used all the liquid money to buy a warehouse before paying their guys back for all the work they out in to get said warehouse...and now they are fumbling around and can't even furnish said warehouse....Lang does absolutely nothing during the heist but watch Marty...and these guys expect them to stay loyal with no money? What world does that make sense

You've just got to stand up to Lang and do what you want to do then ask for "forgiveness" rather than permission. They all give him too much power and like they need him to agree with every decision when he's one of 4 or 5 Dons who are all supposed to have equal power. They should go to Lootiano and Gigi or Harry.

what is actually going on here is the clear difference between RPers and Gamers. Some streamers RP things out while others are just playing another game.
The issue is the way the server works. It heavily encourages grinding so yes people are grinding.

I’m responding to the video and not the server itself. The server does have issues and has gotten worse with the recent changes that everyone is pissed off about. But it is an RP server in the end and there are actual RPers on the server which goes back to my comment.
With the changes, the state of the server etc it is becoming very easy to see who is there for what. Clearly some streamers are just there for playing the game and not RP. That’s a natural thing to happen since they have variety streamers, gamers mixed with RPers.
Is there moments it all blends well? Of course. But there are many more when the viewer can realize RP isn’t going on. One exception this time around would be Valkyrae who is actually making an effort to go more on the RP side of things other than just playing a game with her friends.
These heist things at times are being rushed just to please communities of variety streamers since they carry a ton of viewers. The time period to go from one thing to another can work if they actually RP things out and let things just happen instead of rushing things to keep eyes on because just a few streamers.
That’s why some streamers will just stop with GTA and go off to play other games and only return when there’s a new unlock. Hope that explains what I was trying to say. Those that get mad about this or that yea are too invested in this and don’t see things clearly.

As I explained some streamers are just there for the game not the RP. They may act like they are RP at times but they are really just trying to go through heists etc as fast as they can and then blame the game for going slow, for having to RP or grind for the next step and end up just streaming another game instead of putting in the time.
But of course the server can be run much better, but that’s two separate problems.
