great tutorial, dear at 5:45 when you turned on the inverter it show H12.00 what does this H12.00 mean, my inverter shows H100.0. One of my friends told me that it must be H0.0, does it make any difference? is it normal if it stays on H 100.0?
H means Hz (Herz), then the number that appear is the actual speed in Hz that the inverter will execute until any Hz change (by terminal or by panel attending the setup). If there appear by default H100.0 means that at that moment the inverter has 100.0 Hz speed that will start to run. This number can be different in every VFD beause attend to the minimal speed was setup by parameter or if the terminal input signal is activated by Voltage range or current range, the VFD is receiving the signal according to apply 100 Hz speed.
100 Hz its too high if do not make any change after initialize, but can appear if later the electronics controller send the signal to 0 speed inmediatly, to change to 0 by initial. Check the minimal speed value parameter in the VFD if any has 100.0 value, then replace by 0, if you has setup voltage input terminal for the speed , probably means that the electronic control (CNC controller, plc ,e tc...) is sending a voltage by default that setup the speed in 100 Hz, if the spindle at start works normally in 0 speed and change normally the speed under electronics control then means that the setup is right and no problem. if the spindle always start at 100Hz (and not is the desired to run) then you should solve this bug in the electronic controller.
Hi, thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. Could the communication between the cnc controller and the VFD be done via the RS-485 Serial interface (SG+ / SG-)? Is there any disadvantage on doing it this way?
I didnt test it but, dont should have any disadvantage use RS-485 to control the VFD. This depend more of the CNC controller where use the RS-485 to comunicate with the inverter that should match with the control via RS-485 of the inverter to let works properly.

Hello.Thanks for this Tutorial. I have a Fuling DZB300 series with a 2.2KW spindle connected. 2 years working properly. Now the spindle is changing the speed and the frequency on the Fuling display is also changing. This is happening every 20 seconds. The motor starts slow, after 20 seconds motor goes to set speed then after 5 seconds motor goes slow again. And keeps repeating. Please Help.

Es adecuado para pequeñas cargas de inercia que puede causar rotación inversa en el arranque. 2: Captación de la velocidad de marcha y posterior arranque: el variador calcula primero la velocidad y el sentido de giro del motor, y, a continuación, arranca a la frecuencia establecida a partir de la velocidad actual, realizando un arranque suave y sin sacudidas para motor en movimiento. Este modo es aplicable al arranque momentáneo cuando la carga de inercia es grande.

In this case dont take the rpm value from mach3. the value that is there is output Frequency of the inverter and the equivalent with the teoric rpm of the spindle. To get real "on the fly" rpm, a tachometer or hall sensor is needed to install in the shaft of the spindle and connect directly to the BOB input in mach3.
i have same model, im having a problem, could you help me?? When i turn on my machine, the spindle starts to spin automatically, in the fuling inverter screen appears "P 33.6" The fuling inverter is sending an automatic signal for the spindle to rotate without my having sent any instructions, it start to spin with slow RPM, that happens even if i have the ncstudio controller card disconnected Could you help me?

Hi, this video has been very helpfull, but I have a little trouble whit my spindle (3.5 kw 4 poles), it gets to hot above 75 Celcius degrees (167 Farenheit), my question is if you have experimented the same situation, and how do you calculate the stator resistance, rotor and leakage inductance? thanks in advance, best regards.
Really very useful video! I wanted to test my spindle without PWM control from the keyboard. For this i have changed F0.01 and F0.03 from 1 (VI) to 0 (keyboard). After this i see "H400.0" on the display but when i rotate the potentiometer nothing is happening. Do i need to press tghe "RUN" button? I am scared that the spindle could start with full speed. What would be the right procedure to slowly start the spindle from the keyboard? Thanks for your help.
The spindle never will star directly at high RMP, so will need time to grow up the speed, always. then you can press run and look if goes, as well you can press stop button to stop in the case that the rpm grow up without control.

Hi Justo, How can we use the little knob on the VFD keypad to control speed manually? I tried on my VFD Keypad with the F000.0, 1, .2, .3 parameters to use Keypad, but the knob doesnt seem to do any function. However, I can control speed through Up & Down arrows.
in my opninion.... only you can change that parameter and should works. If do not works, maybe the keypad or something else is broken in the inverter. The keypad can buy separated. But without check the inverter on my hands I can not warranty that there is the problem. BR
Thank you very much. I have the same configuration with 2.2kw spindle. I wired it like you show in the video and everything works fine. The only problem i can't figure out is, that the spindle rotates counterclockwise by default and for the moment i have no idea where to look to fix it. Thank you 😊
@@vitalim7868 Exactly...the right solution is change the wiring order then by this way you are changing the 3 phase sequency order to change the default rotation direction. Thats the right solution.

Any Error code in the display? Attending that you are trying to run the spindle from the VFD console and not by terminal Voltages, you may setup the parameter 0.01 = 0 You did it? So many factors can happen there , not enough information about your equipment and situation, if the problem persist you may explain with much more detail all about your setup to try to get help..
do you want to control the vfd via computer? you may know with wich software and normally use comunication port if you dont have any specific interface.

Hi, My controller for the spindle shows 0-300 RPM - it's obviously a short unit, because it goes up to 18K (I'm using it manually and not through Mach3) How do I know how much is the real RPM? what's the conversion unit for those numbers? 0-300 Thanks in advance
HI, your controller do not shows 0-300RPM , just shows 0-300 Mhz, thats is proportional for 0-18000 RPM. Means if shows 150Mhz the spindle is rotating to 9000 Rpm, so its a simple proportional equation to calculate the RPM. As well this speed is very near to the real rotation speed because is based in 3 phase rotation . Normally the VFD inverters can setup to shows in the display Mhz or RPM, and normally is choosed in show mode menus. Regards
Find in the users manual, normally not is with parameter , is just using a key of the keypad to change the view display mode. but every inverter has their way to do it..so read the users manual . BR

Hola Manuel, Los parametros a setear son los mismos (siempre y cuando Ud tenga un inverter Fuling the 6.5Kw o mas), lo unico que variara sera los valores , de tension, frecuencia maxima y los referentes a parametros de motor que figuraran todos seguramente en la placa que lleva el spindle o en la hoja tecnica. Cada spindle tiene unas caracteristicas distintas en cuanto a polos, amperaje y velocidad maxima, por lo tanto no puedo especificarle los datos exactos. Hi Manuel, The parameters to setup are the same.(always in the case that you have a 6.5Kw or greather Fuling inverter) the unique difference will be the values for Voltage, Maximal Frequency and the parameters about the motor specs, that you can find in the motor plate of the spindle or in the datasheet as well. Every spindle has different specs about poles, current and maximal speed (frequency), then I can not tell you wich data exactly. Manuel Vicente Pardo Alvarez Estas mezclando cosas, Una cosa es lo que configures en el software de NC studio y otra cosa es la configuracion o setup del inverter para que maneje el spindle. Como ves en el video se habla de Mach3 y no NC studio. Me consta que la conexion de los cables entre la tarjeta PCI y el inverter no es igual de como se explica en el video puesto que son dos productos diferentes. Luego lo primero es confirmar que la conexion entre la PCI y el inverter es correcta. refierase al manual de cableado de su tarjeta PCI para el spindle-inverter. Por otro lado , la configuracion del inverter viene a ser mas o menos igual a nivel de parametros, si bien los datos que hacen falta no los encuentra en el NC studio si no en la placa metalica que lleva el spindle, estos seran Potencia nominal en Kw, Maxima frecuencia del spindle, polos (aunque esto quizas tenga que mirar el datasheet del spindle o quizas tambien lo ponga en la placa) y current nominal. Estos datos ultimos son los que corresponden a su spindle en concreto luego tendra que sustituir los valores de los parametros que se indican en el video acorde a los de su spindle. Al ser un spindle de 6.5Kw segun me dice, seguramente trabajara a 380V y su inversor de la marca Fuling deberia ser para 6.5Kw o mas. Y estos parametros de configuracion solo le valen para inversores de la marca Fuling ! si Ud tiene otro inversor pues no creo que le coincidan los parametros. En cualquier caso, Ud siempre puede pedir soporte al proveedor de sus componentes. El deberia ayudarle al respecto. Saludos
CNC Modulkit Hay muchas incoherencias en los datos de spindle que me das, Si es 6.5KW dudo que trabaje el inverter a 220V si no en trifasico a 380V, ademas ahi dices que 1PH osea un caballo, luego es totalmente incoherente. No se de donde saco que el spindle es de 6.5Kw. con mas datos podemos aclarar en skype. Saludos
A lot of things can happen there. You dont say if you use MAch3/4 or using a dsp independent system. your info is very limited to get my magic wand and give you a right answer but, looks that there you have triggered limit sw or any other device that dont let the cicle start begin. If its mach3 system I suggest look in ports and pins the limit sw signals or another devices like spindle , normally the active low option has the reason. Unmark or mark the active low option then you can detect any change. notice in mach3 diagnose tab you can see if any of the ports is activate then dont let start the cycle. If your system is not mach3 then the problem can be the same but how to solve depend of your system that absolutly I dont know it.
FWB significa Forward (hacia adelante) y REV , reverse (invertido), si pregunta acerca de los puertos de comunicacion entonces le digo que son los puertos que esperan una señal del controlador externo al inverter que...cuando reciben dicha señal el inverte se pone en marcha en un sentido y en el otro dependiendo cual puerto recibio la señal. Y siempre y cuando esten habilitados por el setup de ssu parametros correspondientes. Estimado, Mi inverter es un DZB 312 casi identico al de la serie 300 solo que no tiene el terminal de coneccion VI solo tiene uno que dice AI como prueba conccte el inverter utilizando dicho terminal AI pero no encendio, si puedo revisar las señales del Diagnostic y las señales marcan pero no enciende el spindle, no estoy utilizando potenciometro solo la resistencia que indicas, gracias desde ya por tu ayuda

Fuling User´s Manual says: ¨Overcurrent during acceleration( E004) ¨ If before your inverter and spindle was working properly,... think about if you have changed anything, check the wiring do not have any short circuit and earthing is ok. increase the parameter for acceleration time because its possible is too short. Check the shaft of the spindle can rotate freely. Double check the motor parameters are right attending to your spindle power etc... In the user manual come an step by step procedure for troubleshooting with this error code. Please check the user manual. If the problem persist contact with your supplier and then he can contact with fuling. Hope this help.

this depende about your spindle specifications, but if you wach the video carefully you can see there for what is each parameter, then when you have the specifications of you spindle its just replace the value for your 2.2Kw spindle. for example F1.01 = 2.2 every spindle can be different about rated frequency, rated rpm , voltage , current , poles, etc... thats why inverters can setup for different inverters, but in fact 2.2kw spindles has so many different in the market. please check the metal label attached normally to the spindle or in the datasheet of the spindle manufacturer for that spindle. then replace that data with in the according parameters where is explained in the video and will run. Esto depende de las especificaciones de su spindle, pero si mira el video cuidadosamente , ud puede ver ahi como modificar cada parametro, entonces cuando ud tenga las especificaciones de su spindle , is solo reemplazar los valores para su 2.2kw spindle. por ejemplo F1.01 = 2.2 hay muchos spindles de 2.2 diferentes en el mercado asi cada spindle puede tener diferentes valores acerca de rated frecuencia, rated rpm, voltage, current, polos etc....por eso los invertes se hacen programables precisamente . le aconsejo mire la placa metalica que este adherida a su spindle donde normalmente dice las especificaciones tecnicas del mismo y cuyos valores puede emplear para sustituir en los parametros del spindle, o bien mire el datasheet del facricante del spindle en referencia al spindle para localizar esos mismos datos. saludos
perdone , pero eso que ud dice es erroneo. No tiene sentido, de cualquier forma yo me alegro de que le vendedor le haya resuelto el problema, es como debe ser. Pero sin duda, hoy por hoy no existe ningun interface para mach3 que permita la configuracion parametral de los inversores directamente. Saludos cordiales.
prueba a cambiar el parametro F0.12 al valor 1, esto en teoria haria un reset de los valores de parametros pero no se si lo desbloquearia. Nunca oi que se pudiera bloquear un inverter, a no ser que sea un tema de password. No se seria bueno saber el comporamiento si es que tiene alguno. mi skype Justo1231. E004 "Over current during Aceleration" Please first of all check if you change something like the spindle or wiring, then if the spindle is different than before you may setup the inverter parameters acording the new spindle. If its the same, check the wiring do not hav any shortcircuit in the wires UVW and earth is right connected. If after check all this still the problem, then take a look to the time for aceleration and change the parameter F0.08 and increase the value in seconds. if the problem continue then maybe you have some parameter vaue wrong, Advise is reset to the factory default parameter set F0.12=1 then setup again the parameters according the video and your spindle. All this instructions is under your risponsability, we are not your free technical service. If something go wrong is not our fault. BR
Hello guys I have a Problem, I'm runnung my sprindle from dsp, but i can't change the speed from there my f.0.03 is 0 by the moment I only can on/off the sprindle, I also tried in 1 and still not working. holas amigos tengo el siguiente problema solo puedo encender y apagar el sprindle desde mi dsp, pero no puedo controlar la velocidad la configuracion que tengo es f0.03 en 0 tambien probe con f0.03 en 1 pero tampoco funcion ni siquiera el on/off
Hello, DSP(s) there in the market has several,(because DSP means Digital Signal Processing), I think your meaning is about CNC controllers that use a DSP chip inside, anyway...your cnc controller should has an output pin for pwm signal (pulse with modulation) inside the range of +-5VDC or 1+-10VDC, this wire is just to connect to the VI terminal in the VFD, if your cnc DSP controller doesnt has then you can not control the speed. I suggest contact with your cnc controller supplier to get support about setup and right connection . Regards Hola Dsp(s) en el mercado hay bastantes (ya que Dsp significa Digital signal processing), imagino que te referiras a que tu controladsor cnc usa un chip con DSP (o lo que comunmente la gente llama asi erroneamente) , pues bien, tu controlador deberia tener un pin de salida pwm (pulse with modulation) dentro de un rango que puede ser +-0-5VDC o +-10VDC, , este es el hilo que precisamente se conecta al VFD para poder controlar la variacion de velocidad, en el terminal VI, si tu controlador cnc con chip DSP no lo tiene entonces no podras ejercer dicho control de velocidad. De cualquier manera te sugiero te pongas en contacto con tu proveedor del controlador para que te soporte la conexion correcta. Saludos
ojo porque ud no tiene trifasico 220V lo que tiene es un invento que se hace normalmente en USA y otros paises americanos para conseguir 220 que es juntar dos fases de 110V (tecnicamente estaria mejor llamado bifasico 110V). y con esto lo que se consigue es un monofasico 220.

sir can you help me. My spindle gives off smoke and instantly the whole cnc machine turns off, vfd takes out the "oc" code. then i try to replace the new spindle. normal machine but only 2 hours. returns dead and vfd outputs the code "oc". I have replaced 2 spindles. .. please help me .
your inverter is a fuling? you didnt give enough information about your equipment, I do not have a "cristal ball"...please try to give complete info, and I dont know if I can help ...! Did you tried to contact with the supplier of the cnc machine?
Sorry sir . my vfd delta series m 5.5kw ? I've contacted. they say damage to the stepper. I think it is not possible because tidal has no relationship with stepper.
Every equipment is different and has thousands in the market....Sorry I dont know anything about delta, But if you burn already 2 spindles maybe the problem is the vfd, Better contact with the supplier of the cnc machine to get support, they may help you.

Check the minimal speed value parameter in the VFD if any has 100.0 value, then replace by 0, if you has setup voltage input terminal for the speed , probably means that the electronic control (CNC controller, plc ,e tc...) is sending a voltage by default that setup the speed in 100 Hz, if the spindle at start works normally in 0 speed and change normally the speed under electronics control then means that the setup is right and no problem. if the spindle always start at 100Hz (and not is the desired to run) then you should solve this bug in the electronic controller.

I didnt test it but, dont should have any disadvantage use RS-485 to control the VFD. This depend more of the CNC controller where use the RS-485 to comunicate with the inverter that should match with the control via RS-485 of the inverter to let works properly.

Hello.Thanks for this Tutorial. I have a Fuling DZB300 series with a 2.2KW spindle connected. 2 years working properly. Now the spindle is changing the speed and the frequency on the Fuling display is also changing. This is happening every 20 seconds. Sir, how did you get the mach3 rpm value back from the inverter?
In this case dont take the rpm value from mach3. the value that is there is output Frequency of the inverter and the equivalent with the teoric rpm of the spindle. To get real "on the fly" rpm, a tachometer or hall sensor is needed to install in the shaft of the spindle and connect directly to the BOB input in mach3.

Really very useful video! I wanted to test my spindle without PWM control from the keyboard. For this i have changed F0.01 and F0.03 from 1 (VI) to 0 (keyboard). After this i see "H400.0" on the display but when i rotate the potentiometer nothing is happening. Do i need to press tghe "RUN" button? I am scared that the spindle could start with full speed. What would be the right procedure to slowly start the spindle from the keyboard? Thanks for your help.
The spindle never will star directly at high RMP, so will need time to grow up the speed, always. then you can press run and look if goes, as well you can press stop button to stop in the case that the rpm grow up without control.

I tried on my VFD Keypad with the F000.0, 1, .2, .3 parameters to use Keypad, but the knob doesnt seem to do any function. However, I can control speed through Up & Down arrows.
in my opninion.... only you can change that parameter and should works. If do not works, maybe the keypad or something else is broken in the inverter.
The keypad can buy separated. But without check the inverter on my hands I can not warranty that there is the problem.

I have the same configuration with 2.2kw spindle. I wired it like you show in the video and everything works fine. The only problem i can't figure out is, that the spindle rotates counterclockwise by default and for the moment i have no idea where to look to fix it.

Thd solution was to change the wirings of spindle motor. U to W and W to U. Now everything works

HI, your controller do not shows 0-300RPM , just shows 0-300 Mhz, thats is proportional for 0-18000 RPM. Means if shows 150Mhz the spindle is rotating to 9000 Rpm, so its a simple proportional equation to calculate the RPM. As well this speed is very near to the real rotation speed because is based in 3 phase rotation . Normally the VFD inverters can setup to shows in the display Mhz or RPM, and normally is choosed in show mode menus.

Los parametros a setear son los mismos (siempre y cuando Ud tenga un inverter Fuling the 6.5Kw o mas), lo unico que variara sera los valores , de tension, frecuencia maxima y los referentes a parametros de motor que figuraran todos seguramente en la placa que lleva el spindle o en la hoja tecnica.
Cada spindle tiene unas caracteristicas distintas en cuanto a polos, amperaje y velocidad maxima, por lo tanto no puedo especificarle los datos exactos.

The parameters to setup are the same.(always in the case that you have a 6.5Kw or greather Fuling inverter) the unique difference will be the values for Voltage, Maximal Frequency and the parameters about the motor specs, that you can find in the motor plate of the spindle or in the datasheet as well.
Every spindle has different specs about poles, current and maximal speed (frequency), then I can not tell you wich data exactly.

Estas mezclando cosas,
Una cosa es lo que configures en el software de NC studio y otra cosa es la configuracion o setup del inverter para que maneje el spindle.
Como ves en el video se habla de Mach3 y no NC studio. Me consta que la conexion de los cables entre la tarjeta PCI y el inverter no es igual de como se explica en el video puesto que son dos productos diferentes.
Luego lo primero es confirmar que la conexion entre la PCI y el inverter es correcta. refierase al manual de cableado de su tarjeta PCI para el spindle-inverter.
Por otro lado , la configuracion del inverter viene a ser mas o menos igual a nivel de parametros, si bien los datos que hacen falta no los encuentra en el NC studio si no en la placa metalica que lleva el spindle, estos seran Potencia nominal en Kw, Maxima frecuencia del spindle, polos (aunque esto quizas tenga que mirar el datasheet del spindle o quizas tambien lo ponga en la placa) y current nominal.
Estos datos ultimos son los que corresponden a su spindle en concreto luego tendra que sustituir los valores de los parametros que se indican en el video acorde a los de su spindle. Al ser un spindle de 6.5Kw segun me dice, seguramente trabajara a 380V y su inversor de la marca Fuling deberia ser para 6.5Kw o mas. Y estos parametros de configuracion solo le valen para inversores de la marca Fuling ! si Ud tiene otro inversor pues no creo que le coincidan los parametros.
En cualquier caso, Ud siempre puede pedir soporte al proveedor de sus componentes. El deberia ayudarle al respecto.

Si es 6.5KW dudo que trabaje el inverter a 220V si no en trifasico a 380V, ademas ahi dices que 1PH osea un caballo, luego es totalmente incoherente.
No se de donde saco que el spindle es de 6.5Kw.

A lot of things can happen there. You dont say if you use MAch3/4 or using a dsp independent system. your info is very limited to get my magic wand and give you a right answer but, looks that there you have triggered limit sw or any other device that dont let the cicle start begin. If its mach3 system I suggest look in ports and pins the limit sw signals or another devices like spindle , normally the active low option has the reason. Unmark or mark the active low option then you can detect any change. notice in mach3 diagnose tab you can see if any of the ports is activate then dont let start the cycle. If your system is not mach3 then the problem can be the same but how to solve depend of your system that absolutly I dont know it.
What does FWB REV have?
FWB significa Forward (hacia adelante) y REV , reverse (invertido), si pregunta acerca de los puertos de comunicacion entonces le digo que son los puertos que esperan una señal del controlador externo al inverter que...cuando reciben dicha señal el inverte se pone en marcha en un sentido y en el otro dependiendo cual puerto recibio la señal. Y siempre y cuando esten habilitados por el setup de ssu parametros correspondientes.

If before your inverter and spindle was working properly,... think about if you have changed anything, check the wiring do not have any short circuit and earthing is ok.
increase the parameter for acceleration time because its possible is too short. Check the shaft of the spindle can rotate freely.
Double check the motor parameters are right attending to your spindle power etc...
In the user manual come an step by step procedure for troubleshooting with this error code. Please check the user manual.
If the problem persist contact with your supplier and then he can contact with fuling.

this depende about your spindle specifications, but if you wach the video carefully you can see there for what is each parameter, then when you have the specifications of you spindle its just replace the value for your 2.2Kw spindle.
for example F1.01 = 2.2
every spindle can be different about rated frequency, rated rpm , voltage , current , poles, etc... thats why inverters can setup for different inverters, but in fact 2.2kw spindles has so many different in the market. please check the metal label attached normally to the spindle or in the datasheet of the spindle manufacturer for that spindle. then replace that data with in the according parameters where is explained in the video and will run.

THz por su ayuda, el vendedor configuro el spindle directo desde mach3, a travez del mach3 interface card.
perdone , pero eso que ud dice es erroneo. No tiene sentido, de cualquier forma yo me alegro de que le vendedor le haya resuelto el problema, es como debe ser. Pero sin duda, hoy por hoy no existe ningun interface para mach3 que permita la configuracion parametral de los inversores directamente.

como desbloquear un inversor fuling dzb 200,algun manual ayuda
prueba a cambiar el parametro F0.12 al valor 1, esto en teoria haria un reset de los valores de parametros pero no se si lo desbloquearia. Nunca oi que se pudiera bloquear un inverter, a no ser que sea un tema de password.
No se seria bueno saber el comporamiento si es que tiene alguno. mi skype Justo1231. Si no tienes el manual en ingles yo te lo puedo facilitar.

Please first of all check if you change something like the spindle or wiring, then if the spindle is different than before you may setup the inverter parameters acording the new spindle.
If its the same, check the wiring do not hav any shortcircuit in the wires UVW and earth is right connected.
If after check all this still the problem, then take a look to the time for aceleration and change the parameter F0.08 and increase the value in seconds.
if the problem continue then maybe you have some parameter vaue wrong, Advise is reset to the factory default parameter set F0.12=1 then setup again the parameters according the video and your spindle.
All this instructions is under your risponsability, we are not your free technical service. If something go wrong is not our fault.

DSP(s) there in the market has several,(because DSP means Digital Signal Processing), I think your meaning is about CNC controllers that use a DSP chip inside, anyway...your cnc controller should has an output pin for pwm signal (pulse with modulation) inside the range of +-5VDC or 1+-10VDC, this wire is just to connect to the VI terminal in the VFD, if your cnc DSP controller doesnt has then you can not control the speed.
I suggest contact with your cnc controller supplier to get support about setup and right connection .

Dsp(s) en el mercado hay bastantes (ya que Dsp significa Digital signal processing), imagino que te referiras a que tu controladsor cnc usa un chip con DSP (o lo que comunmente la gente llama asi erroneamente) , pues bien, tu controlador deberia tener un pin de salida pwm (pulse with modulation) dentro de un rango que puede ser +-0-5VDC o +-10VDC, , este es el hilo que precisamente se conecta al VFD para poder controlar la variacion de velocidad, en el terminal VI, si tu controlador cnc con chip DSP no lo tiene entonces no podras ejercer dicho control de velocidad.
De cualquier manera te sugiero te pongas en contacto con tu proveedor del controlador para que te soporte la conexion correcta.

ojo porque ud no tiene trifasico 220V lo que tiene es un invento que se hace normalmente en USA y otros paises americanos para conseguir 220 que es juntar dos fases de 110V (tecnicamente estaria mejor llamado bifasico 110V). y con esto lo que se consigue es un monofasico 220.
