@@coolman5242 From what I understand the yellow gi is still Ken mode. I haven't tried it but I believe if you pick Ryu's second player colours, then when you switch to Ken mode the gi will be yellow, and when you switch to Akuma mode the gi will be purple.

@ajsasa From what I've read, I don't think any more SF characters besides Chun and Ryu are going to be in MvC3. But I agree, from a design standpoint it's better they work in the move swap system than to create new models for shoto clones.
That's just an alternate color for ryu. The other changes are also just alternate colors; the original shift to Ken is red, but the alternate color is Yellow ("sean"). It's like the alternate color for megaman is red instead of the original blue.

It would have been pretty cool if you did the combination but with a weak kick, it would have let you have Dan Hibiki's moveset.
