Hello, please let me introduce myself. I didn't find a way to send you a pm via mobile, that's why I'm 'commenting. I am a huge Rayman fan and so of course Rayman 4 is a well known story to me. I've been waiting for years to find ANYTHING that is like this and the other video you made on the riding a snail animation. I never found anyone doing this sort of videos, because from what I've heard, it's not easy to hack this game. But let me ask you a question. There is a minigame where you are in a desert and have to fly through rings. Do you think, it is somehow possible to position Rayman on the ground of this desert and let him walk there? Because I highly think this desert was once part of the Rayman 4 game we never got. Or the graveyard area. There are so many areas where it would help to just position Rayman and make him walk freely. Do you think sth. like this would be, even in theory, possible through hacking?

Yeah that gmae is not easy to hack, I'm not saying I'm good there because I suck LOL Also yeah that might be possible that the desert was R4 Map, but I'm pretty sure that the desert has no programming for supporting walking on it. What I know though is that Rayman has a landing animation on the Story Mode if you set him above ground, he will land like in the minigame as if he was flying and then he'll roll and land

And well, but in the minigame with the rings, before you land on ground, there are some India Rabbids cheering or whatever they do. So I guess at least this area could have some sort of gravity programming. But let's take another example. Let's take the graveyard level where you shoot the Rabbids, the mini gane with first person perspective. Since you can walk around there, just not freely, do you think that THIS place would be a good place to put Rayman in and let him go around freely? Because that place obviously has and ground programming. I'm situationsorry if I'n asking so much, it's just that I waited so many years for somebody to hack that game and now I found somebody who filled my heart with at least a bit of joy on the whole Rayman 4 situation .
NiNGalaxU Lol no you don't have to be sorry for that :D I'm pretty sure the FPS were not for a walking place, but there's a possibility even the rabbids proto had some FPS part because some early texts mentions it
I tried with all my life to get bfextractor to work, but it just says its not responding after I try to get a listing or extract the files. I tried the method of opening the gui with cmd, putting the bf file and bfextractor on the desktop, and even using the regular bfextractor cmd tool.
The swim animation was actually used in the main menu, when a Rabbid is sorta hovering towards Rayman... it's weird but yeah it exists.

the ds version of RRR it's similar to the Rayman 4 prototype, you can hit enemies, find lums, etc.
man it wuda been so awesome if they made this game this video makes me sad

that means wrong game platform you're using, try another extractor or another version of the game
