How to dismantle the Clever arm? - Mitjavila

Can be dismantled in a minutes...
Disassembly of the arm is done with very few tools, a Phillips screwdriver and allen keys.
/!\ Note, however, that the removal of an arm is to be carried out by an awning professional. In particular, it is essential to keep the arm folded before removing it from its brackets.
The different steps to disassemble the arm:
1. Remove the safety strap
2. Unscrew the tension screw
3. Remove the cable cover
4. Remove the stickers
5. Loosen the screw that holds the articulation pin
6. Remove the hinge pin from its housing
7. Separate the upper and lower part of the arm
8. Unscrew and remove the upper part
9. Unscrew and remove the top joint
10. Dislodge the spring
11. Unscrew the lower part
12. Remove the firmly fitted lower part from the tube.
13. Do the same for the lower joint
The arm is completely disassembled and the defective part can be replaced.
