The Chief of Army Staff, General Manoj Pande, presided over the Passing Out Parade (POP) of the 146th course - the Spring Term of 2024 - at the National Defence Academy (NDA) on Tuesday. Addressing the cadets, General Pande lauded their dedication to the esteemed profession of soldiering.
"While each one of you comes from different backgrounds, one thing common is that you chose the profession of soldiering, which itself is a noble calling. Many youngsters of your age want to stand where you are today; however, only a few get selected and make the mark. So be proud of your achievements," General Pande remarked.
Highlighting the evolving nature of warfare, driven by technological advancements in space, cyber, and information domains, General Pande stressed the importance of enhancing technical competencies to navigate future battlefields effectively. "In another year's time, you will be commissioned officers and will be mandated to lead men and women in combat. The character of warfare is undergoing a profound change. Technologies, advancements in space, cyber, and information domains, and progression in the capabilities of conventional instruments of war are making the battle space more complex, contested, and lethal. To operate in the battlefield of tomorrow, you need to enhance your technical competency threshold," he advised the young cadets.
Expressing his honor at addressing the cadets on such a significant occasion, General Pande noted the pride and hard work evident in their performance. "It is a great honor for me to address you at this momentous occasion in your life. It shall remain proudly etched in your heart and soul. I wish to compliment the parade commander and cadets of the parade for their immaculate turnout and excellent drill. Your hard work and rigorous training are evident in the military precision displayed by all of you this morning," he said.
General Pande gave special recognition to the female cadets, commending them for epitomizing "Nari Shakti" and underscoring the armed forces' commitment to inclusivity. "Female cadets of the parade truly epitomized Nari Shakti and our commitment towards an inclusive armed forces," General Pande stated.

@@AnamikaMika-fi6te mam he just followed healthy diet with running. Also he practiced mock test and group discussions. Actually my Jiju is colonel in army so he also guided him. But your physical fitness and critical thinking is what most important for SSB selection. So first clear the written test and then prepare for ssb mentally

My defence journey was ended back in 2019 after being tagged as medically unfit( before 2019 i was medically fit but at that time i was unable to clear SSB , but later on got some injury that made me unfit ) but it gives me joy that someone out there is living his dream congratulations 🎉 to all the young Officers

Agar dia to us ke according thumera maths kasa tha, maths ka paper main hota h fir English portion iss ke bad science & all,par ab thoda syllabus change ho gaya h mane suna h to us ke according dekhna us ka mujhe abhi koi idea nahi hai.
Reporting day ke bad Form fill ups documents (PIQ form ) ke bad .
SSB ki mera ko sir ne bataya tha starting ki dates ko preference dena.
Screening: ORI TEST ( Verbal or non verbal books aati h iss ke lia bhi )
PPDT : Images dikhai jayegi us ke bad story bana ne Naration iss me jo tum observe Karo wo bola full confidence ke sath , beecha me kisi or candidate ke interference se chup mat hona Simple chest number xyz jo bhi h ( wait for your turn, I agree esa kar ke fir se appni shru kar dena) .SCREENING RESULT iss ke bad main battle hoti h
Fir Psychology Test (TAT, WAT, SRT, SD).
GTO ( GD , GPE; TASK ke according planning likhni hoti h.
PGT; Ye group tast h iss me kuch structure hote h un me wood logs or rope se ek stable platform banana hota h .
HGT; Half gp task aade hote iss me tum apnni credibility acche se show kar sakte ho iss me .
IOT; Individual task kare hote h around 10 obstacle hote h sub ka alag alag points hote zig zag wale pe walk , rope etc .
COMMAND TSK ; gp me se 2-3 ko command kar ke obstacles complete karna hota h ( mera mid me CAN as a boom wala tha us ko uthana tha agar wo gira wo khatam)

Personal Interview: iss me best hoga agar kisi task ke bad thumera interview ho tum ko appni appearance le jada focus karne ki zarurat nahi padegi .
IO Thumera ek self introduction Dene ke lia bolange successive questions ke sath ( Psychology me SD; Self Description ke basis pe hote h , acadmic, kha se belong karte ho & all ) fir kuch or questions and that's it .
After this medical : wo MH me hota h iss ki date aati h alag se kitne days ka hota h doctor ki availability pe dependent karta h us MH ke iss me full body checkup hota h head to toe including X-ray ultrasound all cavity check , ENT ...
Me last me suggest karunga agar tum khai se paper ki coaching kar Rahi ho to best hoga kam time me questions solve karna or to the point topics ke he focus karte h sub wase bhi abhi thoda 12 ka syllabus change hua h .
SSB preparation ke lia academy hoti h jo karati h agar thumera written clear hota h to coaching wale he prefer kare denge kha pe jana best hota or Pre - medical karna lena. Me medical clear nahi kar paya accident ki wajah se Mera dost h jo ARMY NAVY & AIRFORCE me commissioned officers h in ka medical ka pata h mujhe last tak kya hua , agar tum ko Janna to bata dena...
