I think the reason that the Beast transformation kills the character is because that laying animation is most character's secondary idle animation, and since they can't find the assigned "Beast Idle" for the character, they just default to the secondary idle animation, which is the laying on ground animation
I actually didn't even think of that! Great job pointing that out. It makes a lot of sense since every roster character has that "death" knock animation for when you lose.

@@SLOplays Honestly, I’d try to give Hit the Beast Form is a video, or at least a short. Maybe since he has different idles for Pure Progress he may not die when turning Beast? Could be cool

For transformations that change your appearance, characters sometimes have different colors set up on their model for cutscenes. For example, a reason why Goku has yellow base form hair is I think for the Frieza Saga transformation cutscene where you see his hair rise from base and turn yellow, it’s specifically made for that animation
As for why characters are so absurdly strong with awokens: it’s because they’re balanced around not having awokens, this isn’t a game glitch this is just how the game was balanced.
Gohan goes SSJ2, but unlocks Beast instead lmao

They really need to add transformations to the presets. Like Goku and Vegeta being able to use SSG/SSB, and DBS Gohan being able to use Beast

I just realized why they add different slot for forms like that, the move sets, when you transform your move sets the same, however with a different slot it's different
@@josephkingman523 I understand that too but why not add the awoken skills to the custom presets of said characters? That way you can choose between the regular version and one where you can pretend that you’re Goku/Vegeta/any main DB character going all out mid battle

Them dying after the transformation may be because of the stance that comes with it isn't compatible with cast characters.

The "square" combo can transition into the repeated "triangle" input too, and I find that one easier to pull off that the "triangle square" combo

Maybe if you changed the idle animation to the beast one that's for cacs in the files, then it would work. The same thing could technically work for characters that can't go super saiyan 3 (gohan raditz/goku black etc). You can just change their secondary idle animation to the SSJ3 one used for cacs

I think what the beast transformation actually is, is layering similar to ssjb except it's Gohan's ultimate transformation with ssj on top. More specifically ssj2 since the entirety of superhero is a call back to the red ribbon army, the cell games, and a way to level the playing field for the other two most popular characters
I would like to see Beast GT Pan cuz I think the future, Pan will achieve this form when the time comes.

Lets be honest, at this point, there should be extra presets for the characters that have their base form and their special respective awoken skill, like GT Goku going into SSJ4, Base Broly going into Ikari Form and then LSSJ, Goku Black preset with Rose Awoken.
