this was exactly me until 2 years ago.

Checklists are a necessity for me. 1. Wake up at 3:55 am 2. Make coffee, stoke fire, set up laptop for trading 3. Set up trades. 4. Exercise 5. Gratitude journal & meditate 6. Groom 7. Warm up car 8:45am 8. Leave for work at 9am.
I check em as I go. If I don't have a checklist I'll only do the minimum.
Every man needs to watch this at least once a day.

Fantastic info. I cannot begin to explain how much good finding my dream and sticking to making it happen has done for me. Granted im not financially successful just about yet, but my mental state and confidence has grown ten fold. I work out five days a week to get my head right, and structure my days out by the hour. Im still in my 9-5 job but i know ill be able to leave that behind with enough work.

I made some non negotiable rules for choosing my current job. No long Traffic way. Possibility to work from home. Being able to go to the gym during lunch break. Flexible working hours.
These things really prevent me from from killing myself one day being stuck in traffic after work lmao
