Coral Bay is a popular tourist resort in the Peyia municipality 11 km north of the city of Paphos (Cyprus).
The coast to the north and to the south of Coral Bay is characterized by rocky headlands and sea caves, Coral Bay itself is a 600m crescent of soft white sand, enclosed by a pair of limestone headlands.
Coral Bay beach carries an EU Blue Flag certification which means that it adheres to all standards, rules and regulations required by the relevant committee of the European Union.
The broader area of Coral Bay encloses another beach called Potima Bay. It is situated about 1.5 km / 1 mile away bordering the boundaries of Kissonerga village.

The sand was imported . Cyprus beaches are mainly pebbles . The sand from Ayia Napa is imported from Egypt .
There’s coves and beeches through to Agios Georgios and beyond, accessible by hiring a small motor boat.
I should have added, boat hire from Latchi.

What do you recommend for a family in oct out of Paphos and Protaras ?
This video looks nothing like the actual beach, I went there myself, overcrowded the water is dirty
Lot of repetitious footage, concentrating on a small area in Coral Bay. Would have appreciated less duplicate footage and coverage of other landmarks like the Edros III ship wreck.
