not too hard, get a game capture card, a really thick memory storage block, record in-game footage that goes on for a long time. Then upload it in an edited video. There's usually an in-game feature that lets you keep camera on without the hud. breath of the wild does for sure with the little tablet he gets from the shiekah clan
An alternative for increased options is to look for a photo of a landscape online, add in some sfx in to the vide ogive the photo of the hotspring a steamy look. The person who made the video for sure used actual in-game footage option on this one. yo ucan tell because the dragon comes on screen and moved around at 45:50
