I've not done any Hawks videos for a while as I've been getting a lot of demand for SF material, but I do have a half-finished 'Warrior on the Edge of Time' feature that I hope to finish in October - I really want to do it justice, so need to be in the right frame of mind. Do watch the other Hawks clips on the channel and let me know what you think.

@@428chase -I'll take a listen, thanks!
I think the lyrics are genius too... often just arrives with the music from the writers subconscious I think.. I don't know if you are correct about your analysis of the exact scientific meaning of stuff... if the listener gets the gist of it I think the lyrics have done their job.. the music is of course as important if not moreso
Thanks for your comments - I too feel that Calvert was one of the finest lyricists to ever grace the medium of rock music and one of the few who really understood written SF. Shame he went so young...
Top stuff, but come on, wsb, hassan I Sabbah, Cities of the Red Night dude!
Yep, but 'Cities' was published some years after QSC was released- Calvert would have encountered references to the Assassins in other writings, but good call.
