You've got yourself a challenge! It is fortunate that parts are available; beware that the new reproduction panels use thicker steel than original, and the factory steel likes to shrink considerably when you weld it. Watch out for internal corrosion eating the rear control arms, too. Your proximity to cleaner Trabants, or at least a nice shell of one might be preferable to the sheer amount of welding you'll need to complete.
I did think about possibly getting a better shell, but didnt find any potential shells for sale anywhere within a reasonable distance. So welding it is.
Good luck with the restoration. This is one very rusty Trabant. They usualy don't rust that much like this one. But i guess the Finnish enviroment is really harsh for a car that has no rust prevention.

Finnish climate is not easy on cars and being left out in the open on a grassy yard for over 10 years does not help either.
Trabant is German for satellite.
