Well it depends on the player. Long ago I tried blocking my view like that too because I get distracted by the other upcoming notes. Having cover lessens the upcoming notes you see and only see the much closer notes. Tho, you can adjust your note speed so you can focus the note you'll see on the screen and don't get distracted by others.
IKR i have to press..not hard, but not as soft as i would just using my fingers. perhaps they have 'screen protector' mode on. which is a setting that makes it more responsive to touch to account for screen protector covering it. you can use it without a sceen protector on of course, as it cant tell if you have one on or not, just makes it very touch-sensitive

The highest level I got full combo was 25. It really depends on WHAT makes it hard lol sometimes flick notes just ignore me and long diagonal hold notes are a 50/50 and I can never do a bunch of rapid notes spaced out since I can’t read which ones to click first
try playing at maybe 5.5-7.5 speed. its easier imo. also if u feel like u finished enough hard diffs, try hard of the 6 trillion year song or something. if u managed to get a good score, then u can move to experts.
It blows my mind how people can get all-perfect runs on songs like this, not only do you have to hit thousands of notes in the correct pattern, but you have to time every one perfectly. Big GGS

Honestly, after the whole ass fact that a perfect combo on expert was just achieved, I enjoy this mostly for the tapping sounds. If you close your eyes and listen, it's as if someone is tapdancing.,.....and I freakin love tap dancing.

I never swipe up down because it isn't as responsive.
swiping it down works as well :) it’s my favorite way to use it when there’a a dual swipe note
Maybe now I can beat that level 29 without messing up at the end
you can swipe anywhere u want
After playing a rhythm game as unforgiving as this one it really makes other ones, especially piano tiles, so much easier
Believe me, there are other rhythm games more punishing than this
