THANG-TA is a traditional martial art and combat sport originating from Manipur, India. The term "Thang-Ta" translates to "Sword and Spear," reflecting its primary focus on weapon-based fighting techniques. It is a vital part of the broader Manipuri martial tradition, also known as Huyen Langlon, which means "the art of war or method of safeguarding."
