I recently flew Lufthansa from Munich to Denver and thoroughly enjoyed it. it was on their a350 not the Allegris cabin but still more modern than the 747. Seems to me like an experience on Lufthansa heavily depends on the cabin of your airplane. The service onboard from the crew was great and the food was tasty! also awsome to have you back! i rember watching your from your days of your original 2:1 ATL project. loving the new trip reports keep it up!
That's great to hear!! I definitely want to try to fly that sometime in the future, especially since they're putting their A380 on that route! I absolutely agree, my past flights on Lufthansa have all had outstanding crews, just need some of their older planes to get retrofitted. I'm working on the business review and I had an outstanding time. Thanks so much for sticking around for all these years!!
16:00 u not need cash, u can add a suica card on your iphone just in the wallet. and pay anywhere in japan.with android it is also working as long u have nfc
Hi there! Unfortunately I wasn't able to. I have an Android Samsung and the app isn't available for non-Japanese Android phones (to my complete surprise, and disappointment. I personally think that's unacceptable for a mass transit system). Non-Japanese Android phones do not have the hardware installed to use their phones digitally. I had a physical suica card and just reloaded it with physical cash since I needed physical cash anyways for some things.
I’m really hoping I can fly on a 747 before they’re all gone from passenger service, thankfully Lufthansa isn’t planning on getting rid of these any time soon. Also, will there be a review video for the 787 business class flight?
So I have an odd issue to where I love to study aviation and research different aircraft but at the same time I’m deathly afraid of flying on aircraft. On my first flight back in July of 2024 I had a really bad panic attack on the plane that ended up stopping the meal service. The flight was only 2 hours from Cleveland to Boston on an Embrear E190 but I’m worried I won’t be able to travel internationally or enjoy different aircraft like the Boeing 757 or Boeing 747 which are my favorite aircraft to learn about. Do you have any suggestions to hopefully make my next flight experience a little better?
Hi there! I've never experienced being fearful of flying or anything of that nature, so it's a little foreign for me; however, experience with things we're nervous about greatly helps. Maybe taking short flights or doing a discovery flight at your local flight school can help. Furthermore, knowing that air travel is incredibly safe and things are okay can help whenever you're nervous.

Interesting! What do you like to fly between Germany and North America? I've been considering Condor and some other airlines for some future trips to Germany.
@jviation737 BA has the Best catering and service, but you have to go through LHR which is hectic. KLM isn't bad but they have a big fleet of old a330s. Try Condor, they have a brand new fleet and I've heard great things.

Yes! I may work on and release a different airline or flight in-between so it's not repetitive with just Lufthansa reviews.

Avoid Lufthansa planes with old cabins, they are so worn out.
I agree. The airplane itself was great; however, the cabin really did feel dated and could really use a retrofit. Eagerly awaiting Allegris retrofits!

Lufthansa Economy sucks. I avoid them flying between Germany and North America even though I live here.
