NY and Florida doubles taste just as good as TRINIDAD doubles. Yuh just have to find the right restaurant. I have tasted crap doubles in Trinidad, so you just have to find the right doubles place/ doubles man in Trinidad.
Without a doubt we have not to good doubles here, as for New York, yeah there are good doubles spot, not so much in Florida in my experience thus far, but the dhalpuri roti is on point

I'm too skeptic about American doubles. I feel like a bad doubles would cause me to crave a good traditional trini doubles, and it would spoil the entire rest of the trip.
