I loved this production. The mountains, trees, lakes, and rivers, how beautiful. I have noticed your addition of music in various videos, and I love your music choices, this one was excellent. Thanks.
I had to pause, rewind, and pause again, to check out that waffle iron, and the pancake griddle!!! Very cool pieces of cast iron! Thanks so much for sharing!
trollforge Wasn't that cool!?! The ranger and I looked through the Sears & Roebuck and Montgomery Wards catalogs from 1928 and 1913 respectively and found that pancake pan listed for 21 cents. I would HAVE loved to have taken one of those catalogs for a day. They designs were so classically American.
We are from Kansas, I am almost 50 now, when I was young we would visit grand parents in Pocatello, Soda Springs and last was Bancroft. between Pocatello and Bancroft I think is a creek named Pebble Creek. is was very shallow, so My dad and uncles and grandpa built us kids a wading pool., Several of us through the years have went back there. Recently maybe 5 years ago I took my Mom to Pocatello to see her dying sister. We revisited the creek and the wall still stands from my family. Awesome video Thanks. We came over from your brother channel. We enjoy you all.
Hello: Beautiful country, I was thinking a cabin beside the lake. I liked the log building with antiques, looks like doctors cabinet to the right. Nice show case. I have an 8' blonde Oak show case I got out of a old country store in 1979. It's a 100 years old, the lady said it was used for candy. Feet still on the dash. Not good in an accident. Nice of you to show us the pretty country. I bet you would like the Blue Ridge Parkway. I have ridden the parkway from Galax Va. to Asheville N.C., nice all day ride on the Harley. It is a Federal Highway, 45 MPH. Have a great day.
This is so enjoyable to watch! I am glad you have places like this to go to and visit true nature at its best, unfortunately living in NJ has it's huge disadvantages like having to go very far to be around clean streams and beautiful scenery. Keep these coming love!!
This is such a beautiful video! You are becoming quite the sound & editing Goddess! Love your adventures, makes me want to bike ride on some magical trails! Also been using toum in EVERYTHING .. You were right
we have large tadpoles up here in Maine. I used to catch them all the time as a kid!! I grew up every summer and every chance on the weekends at Clifford lake at my families camp. we just got back from Clifford last Friday. we stayed 4 nights. it was awesome!! we kept a small fire going all day to keep the bugs away! when its food time we cook on the fire and shortly after we get the fire going and enjoy the flames at night! this week we are going to do a trip down the Machias River!! its a nice relaxing type of river. my lil girl is only 5 so I wouldn't want to take her down something ruff n rocky. I would like to start my own UA-cam channel but, well im not a camera kind of guy....at least not now!! I could show some of the really nice parts of where I grew up! anyway im rambling on. until your next adventure!! thank for sharing!!
Stanley as in a tiny town in Idaho,.....WOW! The scenery's so MESMERIZINGLY BEAUTIFUL,...the trees, the mountains, hey there's our buddy Fresh Princess riding her bike! What say you on the crystal clear waters there, so clear we could see them cool tadpoles and....that other place was a hotsprings? lol....looks like,...must be Fresh Prince, didn't like being on cam,..hehehehe...and that encounter with a bear? Grizzly or Black bear? AWESOME Upload my dear buddy! :)
Joe Serrano Joe, yes as in Population 67, Stanley. Isn't it magical. I LOVE central/northern Idaho. Yes, that's my Mr being fake shy ;) I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I'll be taking you guys along to the Oregon Coast next.
Eric Corse They are all over those mountains. It was so beautiful that day, then it rained and the next day we got there and it was a mud bath, still relaxing, but we had to shower after.
I've never left a comment before, but I feel compelled to thank you for sharing this with us. As a resident of eastern Washington State I'm always looking for road trips not far from home. This looks like a beautiful area to explore and make family memories. Thank you again Fresh P.
James Norman Ah thank YOU James. It's a favorite spot of ours. there are just so many beautiful areas out near you. Have you been to the Methow Valley?
We were seriously considering a trip north through the Methow Valley (notably Winthrop) this summer but with the wildfires burning in the area we have put off that excursion until next summer. We have visited many areas throughout the northwest but for some reason have never been up towards the northern part of Washington State. It's definitely on the list though.
I think you'll love it. It one of my most favorite places. We spend a good portion of our winter in Winthrop. The Okanagan Valley in Canada is one of the most extraordinary places I've ever been and it's not too far from you. You live in a nice part of the country for exploring.
Thanks for sharing this. Great video. It makes me feel better now, knowing one of my best friends is moving to Idaho. I'll be out there to visit quite often with scenery like that.
Beautiful area. Been there a couple times. planning trip there soon. Hike in the Sawtooths with my cousin. Love the view from Galena Summit. Thank you for the great video.
I loved the gentle music at the beginning and the end, and the pollywogs and your husbands great camera work and smile. Guess it was like parents who go away alone and leave the kids (Turbo) with a babysitter. Thats good.
it is such amazing and beautiful country out here in the northwest. when i moved here i wasn't planning on staying but now God willing i am going to be here for awhile.
I spent 20 years in Chicago so that will all ways be my home. but I consider the northwest my 2nd home. Nothing compares to being able to have a snow ball fight in august.
Hey. You guys are totally into same stuff. I have 2012 giant reign. With XO hanging on her and the 2014 glory. DH. I love the rear ends on giant. Love the vids looks like my trips lol. Right on
That was the most beautiful video. The scenery and the music we just magic together. I did gasp when I saw the bear prints on your camper! Were you "home" when the bear came knocking? That would have scared the pants off of me, lol. Thank you for sharing your trip and the beauty of the magnificent wilderness!!!!
Oh, how I long to be back in that part of the world. My late husband and I would find a primitive camping area and just soak in all the beauty.....sigh Again, thanks for sharing such amazing beauty. Oh, and what was the name of the "lovely" music. I don't know it by title.
I loved the sites, but one thing is missing, maybe you don't have them there. lol. I did not hear or see any birds. Is there any in Idaho, Turbo will be so disappointed when you tell him. LOL. Great trip, hope you had a great time.
Was that another flatbill on your vehicles dash? Looks fun, I love mountain biking. I wish there was some scenic trails like that which I could get to easily.
There sure is some nice scenery out there. Maybe some day I'll have to take a trip out west to see some of these places you and Cody are showing us. How does it feel to come back to see bear prints all over your camper? It looks like GP is learning to accept that the camera is going to be pointed his way weather he likes it or not. He had that 'Oh no she's got the camera out' look on his face there. lol
Chip Wright Glenn woke up to the bear teetering on our top step. He got to stand nose to nose with him at about 3:00am, and of course, I slept through the camper swaying and all of the ruckus a bear makes when he's climbing around on your camper.
Oh my, I'll be Glenn liked that. I can sleep through just about anything too. At least it didn't look like the bear did any damage to the camper, or at least I hope not.
steve smith If I didn't sleep like the dead I could have gotten up close and personal with him like my husband did. They were nose to nose through the glass at about 3:00 am. Thanks ;)
There was a cross cut saw in that museum you didn't try sneak it out the door for big bro :o) Your other have doesn't want to become a you tube star lol. Interesting trip, it looks like somebody wanted into your guys camper.

Dawn Wise We were. GP got to see the bear through the glass.
super cool
Pollywogs! I haven't seen any of those in ages!
Mike Schotte Uh oh, they are an indicator species.
The hubby might not like being "on" camera but he's a dang good videographer!
We see plenty of toads, I just have never seen/heard many frogs. Of course, the only water source in my yard is my Koi pond and the bird bath.
Oh, how I long to be back in that part of the world. My late husband and I would find a primitive camping area and just soak in all the beauty.....sigh Again, thanks for sharing such amazing beauty. Oh, and what was the name of the "lovely" music. I don't know it by title.
Sheila R Morse The music is always listed below the video in order. You'll see it if you click show more.

No, he just wanted my honey ;)
it looked like Yogi bear was trying to break in and steal someone's Pik-A-nik baskets!!! you have very cute feet!! ; )
steve smith If I didn't sleep like the dead I could have gotten up close and personal with him like my husband did.
Graveltrucking He wanted my honey ;)
The bear wanted Glenn? Where you guys in the camper when the bear came a knocking.
Yes, unfortunately I slept through him rolling down our stairs twice. Glenn got to watch him nose to nose through the door window.
Are you a heavy sleeper? I wouldn't want to be in Glenn's shoes looking out the window face to face with a bear
I sleep like the dead.
I thought people with the cable company knocking on my door during dinner was bad...
Eric Rosendaul They're way worse than a bear. Bears are cool, solicitors...not so cool.
Surprised turbo didn't sneak in your backpack.
NJ Homestead If it had been up to me he/she would have.
Yes very good. :)
Cute!
I liked the video, but the music was a bit jarring at times. Keep up the good work.
@ 59 seconds are those gooseberries?
tipperykid No, they are an inedible berry from what I was told on the trail. I have yet to identify them, but will when I get to my plant book.
exploring in flip flops? Wranglerstar might have something to say about that..... hahaha
EhtoZedDuo I've hiked mountains in flip flops.
FRESH PRINCESS I guess I can't say too much, shoes are not welcome on my feet all summer long :) Great video by the way, ID looks like a very gorgeous state!
So does that G P on the hat stand for Grants Pass?
Dean Counts Glenn Phillips ;) aka GP.
Aha ;)
I see your Humanity.
DEW W Uh Oh is it that obvious?
:-)
