Singing Mindfulness Songs has the capacity to nourish our everyday joy, happiness and peace. It also helps us to bring more ease and lightness in to our body and mind. The mindfulness songs are the reminder about what is beautiful and wondrous in life and liberate us from worries, stress and afflictions. This is a precious opportunity for us to be together, generating collective energy of love and understanding.
