Hi Robert, Thank you for your kindly attention on NeoDen Tech's machines. Kindly note as our machine use air-pump to do actual suck and blow(pick and place)work,if the components is too big or heavy, when the machine blow components to required position,it will cause slip problem-caused by centre of gravity. What's more, the placement height(too small value)also will let the nozzle go down too much to touch the PCB.If the solder paste not well covering on the soldering pad on the PCB,then there are no enough stickness to catch the components,so there are many reasones. Welcome to send email or add my Skype to talk/ask if have other questions, tks. Bsd, Tonny
Nice Review. Thanks. It would be nice if the screen shots were in English. A comment on speed differences with the TM220 / TM240 machines would be helpful as well as your experience with the improvement in alignment over the older models. We have found that the components sometimes slip when the head is rotating and travelling so if that is still an issue after vision alignment it will reduce the accuracy of placement. You mentioned this a tiny bit at the end but didn't say how bad it was or if it was only for large heavy components.
Hi good day What program do you use to design PCBs? I use altium designer to design ... when I create the pick and place file it gives me too many problems thx for ur help
