I picked a double handful of shishito peppers yesterday from my garden as well. Wish I had gotten jalapeno seeds like the package said, but instead they were pablano peppers.
I cannot get anyone in my family to eat chicken with pasta of any kind. That looked really good, I like chicken spaghetti....

Maybe can you can them for pepper relish?
@BlandsPromisedLandRanch what I picked is no where near enough to can. I froze most of the the pablanos, and used some in salsa.
The Shishito Peppers have very little heat. So I've dehydrated most of them to use like dried bell pepper flakes.
