AC, room destroyed in fire at Colva residence

There was a fire in one room of a house near HDFC bank Colva. The cause of the fire may have been either short circuit of high voltage. The AC first caught fire throwing sparks on the bed, which also caught fire. The fire was contained by spraying foam cylinders were in the house. Later the Fire Brigade came and put off the fire. The loss was estimated at around Rs 2 lakh.
