Bishop Jakes I know you don't know me but if you knew the impact you had on my life you be amazed I live in the hood in Chicago and sold drugs and was addicted and I'm proud to say I'm clean now from watching your videos on UA-cam but prior to that I used to send money to get your CDs when I was about 18 I'm now 36 somewhere in the middle I lost myself and I thank the Lord that I had nothing I had you on UA-cam bring me the Holy Spirit I seriously want to go to Bible College and be a preacher just like you God bless you and your family

Whitey Smith So great to read your message. I was raised in Chicago. I know where you are. But that won’t matter to God nor what you did. It’s giving your heart to Him, asking Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. It’s what’s in your heart and going forward. The Lord also lead me to Bishop Jakes in October 2015 on YT to hear his sermons. I would pray for guidance before I looked up one. Every time without fail the Lord gave me the right message I needed to hear for that moment. He was preparing me for what was to come; a major change in my life.
When we welcome Jesus Christ in our lives, he is disruptive; like Bishop says. Because our lives from that moment on we live by his plan, not ours.
In Jan. 2017 I was in a car accident at 55 mph on cruise control, no breaks. The Lord saved my life for His purpose and my destiny.
Don’t give up on your goal, no matter what, no matter how long. Pray giving him thanks & asking for guidance. Reading the Bible over & over.
Believe you have already received what the Lord set in your heart to do.
The Lord guided me to other teachers to learn how to do spiritual warfare (Pastor Raphael Grant, Brother Derek Prince. Also a great teacher Myles Monroe for leadership, Kingdom Principles).
In the meantime use UA-cam as your teacher and to develop a closer relationship with God go to the church He guides you to attend. If you need to talk I’m here. Glory to his name. Blessings 🙏

I went from homeless to a HOME. I went from not knowing God to can’t live without God. I went from single, to a wife that can’t get enough of God. I went from no father to Bishop leading me to my Heavenly Father. I went from a job that I had in mind, to what I call, Gods church that he prepared me for. I went homeless Jan 4, 2017. I started my job that God had in mind Jan 4, 2022. He lead me through the wilderness for 5 years to the day. Thank you for being the door to God!!
I am in Kenya physically and I have to thank God of being bone at this era of information. I consider myself a member of the the Porter' s house by grace. I am taping the blessing from this sides of the world. Preachings from the Porter's house have help me drive out depression, loneliness, helplessness and sin. I am proud to say I am a child of God who have been eating his word through the internet since I got baptised in 2018 after the devil messed around and touched the wrong one in 2017... That is when I discovered the preaching from the porter's house... and I won't stop fighting until I beat him up squarely by the power of God given to us by grace through Jesus.

The Lord is so good...I'm so tired mentally and physically. Yet still I know I gotta work harder, doing some things I don't wanna do, but I know the Lord is wanting to me dig these ditches so I can receive my blessings. Did anyone else feel the anointing of God in this message! I was praising in my kitchen.
