Compost collection and differentiated garbage collection (e. g. : paper, plastic, glass, etc.) has been done in Europe for over a decade, I am surprised the US haven't done it yet. In addition, if caught littering or not respecting current rules, the fines are very expensive and there are CCTV cameras set in places at risk. 🤗😀💖😜👍👌😄🌞
Hi, I live in Orange County and it's been a stretch. Fortunately I can do some backyard composting myself, and there is a stable nearby (Serrano Creek) where I can pick up compost they make of hay, woodchips, and horsey doody (refillable bags). There is another place (family owned) called Tierra Verde Industries (TVI) where you can get bulk wood chips and compost, I haven't checked it out yet though. Pretty commercialized here, LA is a totally different vibe. Best to you :)
@@dawnbern2917 hey thanks for the reply. Yeah it's definitely a different vibe here in OC. Thank you for the suggestions. I really wish they had an organization like this near me.
Michael Martinez, yet another hero arises!!!!!
First time hearing about this and hearing him speak. Michael is a wonderful representative for the movement.
Composting now for a short 6 months. Learned from you. Thanks Rob 😊 Largo Fl.
Such a well spoken man! Refreshing to hear that today 🙂

I'm wondering if someone can provide resources for Orange County California? I'd like to find a similar organization here in OC.

I'd like to see a video following the rubbish in the rubbish suit to its final destination? What happens to it is it recycled or ends up where?
Jesus, Rob looking like the Michellin Man.
