Dear sir We have a round aluminium pipe diameter 40mm and thickness 2mm, alloy is 6063We needs tensile strength 275 M pa Please can you tell me how we can get this strength and what will process?Naveed ahmed , Pakistan
No heat treatment necessary. An 6063 alloy pipe will easily resist 40 thousand PSI.
