    RATAN గారు అంత కస్టపడి ఇంత పెద్ద కంపెనీ నీ స్థాపిస్తే ఈ ఏదవల వల్లా అయనకు చెడ్డ పేరు వస్తుంది.. కారు ఎంత మంచిగా ఉన్న service బాగొకపోతే కొనడం కష్టమే. ఇందువల్లనే కారు బాలేకపోయిన service బాగుంటుంది అని అందరూ మారుతి వైపు వెళ్తుంటారు..ఇదే జరుగుతుంది ఇక్కడ.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Tata షోరూం వారు వారి ప్రవర్తన మార్చుకోవాలి కస్టమర్స్ ఇంట్రాక్టు అవ్వాలి ఇగో పక్కన పెట్టి తప్పేముంది వారికే సేల్స్ పెరుగుతాయి tata కార్స్ స్థాయికి తగ్గ గుర్తింపు వస్తుంది మిగతా అన్నీ కార్ల షోరూమ్స్ ఈ విషయం లో బాగా అడ్వాంటెజ్ తీసుకుంటున్నాయి tata కూడా కళ్ళు తెరవాలి

    As a tata commercial vehicle employee గా నేను ఒకటి చెప్పాలి అనుకుంటున్నా .మా TATA ఎంత మంచి కంపెనీనో . అందులో పని చేసే employees చాలా మంది వరకు worst . పచ్చి మోసగాళ్ళు ఉన్నారు company లలో .buyers కి ఒకటి చెప్తున్నా. మీరు కార్ కొనే time money showroom లో ఇవ్వకండి. direct గా company account కి tranfer చేయండి .లేదా chaque way లో ఇవ్వండి .

    Yes Ravi garu. I had same experience with tata showroom. Because of this instead of buying tata nexa, i bought Maruti XL6.
    I am fan of RATAN TATA garu, we are ready to buy indian company cars. But the ground level team are not ready to give proper response Tata needs to invest their time in correcting showroom people and training their customer relations team instead of producing new cars.

    సగము నాశనము చేసేది... షో రూమ్ వలనే... రతన్ టాటా ఎంతో కష్ట పడటం... టాటా మోటార్స్ షో రూమ్ ఎంప్లాయీస్ వలననే నాశనము అవుతోంది... Hyd TCS lo పనిచేసే మా తమ్ముడూ కూడ Hyd షో రూమ్ ఎంప్లాయీస్ వారు రెస్పాన్స్ సరిగా ఇవ్వని కారణంగా మారుతి డిజైర్ తీసుకున్నాడు... 😤🕉️🚩

    దయచేసి తప్పుడు వార్తలను ప్రచారం చేయవద్దు, ఆపండి.. నేను గత వారం టాటా పంచ్ క్రియేటివ్‌ని అదే షోరూమ్ నుండి కొన్నాను, అవి అన్నీ బాగున్నాయి. కానీ కస్టమర్‌లు కూర్చోవడానికి స్థలం లేకుండా చాలా బిజీగా ఉన్న విషయం ఏమిటంటే, వారు ఏమి చేయగలరు.. వారు అధిక కస్టమర్ డిమాండ్‌ను చేరుకోలేకపోతున్నారు.. ఈ షోరూమ్‌లోని ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ అమరేంద్ర మాకు మంచి మద్దతు మరియు పారదర్శక ధరను ఇచ్చారు, అదనపు లేదా దాచబడలేదు ధర.. నేను నా కారు డెలివరీ చిత్రాలను రవితేజ వాట్సాప్ నంబర్‌కు కూడా పంపాను, అతను అభినందనలు సందేశంతో ఛానెల్‌లో పెడతాడని నేను ఊహించాను, కానీ ఎటువంటి ప్రతిస్పందన ఇవ్వలేదు... టాటా కార్ కొనుగోలుదారులు ఈ రకమైన వీడియోలను చూసి నిరుత్సాహపడకండి. అధిక కస్టమర్ డిమాండ్‌కు ప్రతిస్పందన ఆలస్యం కావచ్చు, ఇది చాలా కాలం అని నేను అనుకోను, ఇది తక్కువ వ్యవధిలో పరిష్కరించబడుతుంది

    Same experience for me, with Venkataramana Tata motors Gachibowli. But I had a great experience in Malik cars, they are very polite, reacheable on phone and patience.

    సార్ మీకే కాదు మాకు కూడా ఇలాంటివి జరిగాయి కడప లో షో రూమ్ కు వెళితే పట్టించుకునే వారు కూడా లేరు టు టైమ్స్ వెళ్ళాను కనీసం ఏమి కావాలని కూడా అడగరు మనమే ఎవరినో ఒకరిని అడిగి మనకి మనమే అడిగి తెలుసుకోవాలి అందుకే అక్కడ కారు తీసుకోవాలని పోయినట్టు ఉంటుంది నేను టాటా అంట నమ్మకంతో వెళ్లి నటువంటి నేను కూడా వారి ప్రవర్తన వల్ల తిరిగి వచ్చేసాను

    Thank god I didn't face this issue. I took delivery from TATA showroom Tirupati... They are very good and bhanu executive supported me alot from that show room from the beginning to till the end. Even at the time of after sales service I got good response. It depends on show room to show room. This has to go to higher officials take it to twitter like the mahindra banglore incident.

    They are never changed from 2014 too at madhapur showroom from my first visit.
    Other showroom from gachibowli was doing super work.

    Yes, it is probably the only car company, in whose showrooms there is no one to welcome, receive you and understand what you are looking for. I also experienced this.

    I had similar experience tooo, we were planning to buy punch for my friend and visited venkataramana showroom in Gachibowli and waited for 15 mints to get welcomed and the fun part is in this 15 mints I checked the car myself and waited for offer and specifications ,I am disappointed because of hospitality and visited select showroom in panjagutta ,were I have received nice hospitality and booked punch .

      Better go for Concorde or some other dealership which is directly dealt by TATA motors. Third party dealers are pretty rude as most of us are seeing.

    I'll still buy TATA or Mahindra. Service emundi bro.... baita cheyistha. Maruti and Hyundai are good only in Service, but their cars are mediocre. Even less than that.

    ఇలాంటి వాళ్ల వల్ల tata వాళ్ళకి చెడ్డ పేరు... మీరు చేస genuine రివ్యూ వలన చాలా మంది TATA కార్స్ కొన్నారు... ఇంకా కొంటారు..... కొంచెం కూడా మీలాంటి వాళ్ళని పంటిచుకోపోతే.. ఇంకా సమాన్యులము మమ్మల్ని ఎవడు పట్టిచుకుంటాడు..... ఈ showroom name mention చేస్తే మీ video ని Twitter ద్వారా అందరం retweet చేస్తాం.... customer కి మినిమం రెస్పాన్డ్ అవకపోతే.. ఎలాంటి showrooms మాకు అవసరంలేదు.....

    I felt the same me and my friend once visited the showroom in Bowenpally.. when I entered in showroom no one asked which car you are looking ani… nenu velli tata nexon car chusi and nene quotation adigi nene entha waiting period undi ani kanukoni velipoyanu inka.. Adhe nenu verey showrooms ki vellanu Kia , Maruthi, Honda , hundayi they responded well. Busy unna they said once come on week day we will guide you ani. Tata showroom lo matram no one responded might be staff are busy but still Edo okati chepali kadha Repu randi or else mi number evandi we will get back to you ani nothing happened.

    I visited total 8 tata showrooms in hyd.
    What I noticed in common is their egoistic behaviour towards customer...
    1.They show off as if they are the only people providing safest cars in the world.
    2.their employees don't greet you as you enter in
    3.you should head towards any executive and explain them your need and ask them every detail...
    4.they are not eager to sell cars.
    5.Its quite opposite to the nature of Sir Ratan Tata ji.
    6.they won't talk to you at all.
    7.you feel as if you are in a line for 5rupees meal scheme...
    Belive it or not even the KCR 5rupee meal scheme is done with lots of devotion and humbleness...
    Tata need to train their employees first before making cars...or replace their staff with maruti staff

    Bro, this is not true. May be you had bad experience but recently i purchased Tata harrier from Tejaswi motors and I have had very good experience especially Niranjan garu, who has provided best customer service to me. Their team took care of each and everything with their best from vehicle booking to vehicle delivery . They provided me with honest options while purchasing and ensured I had smooth delivery. I must say they are very transparent and honest may that might be the reason some don't like but they give the best. I can confidently say go for Tejaswi motors.

    I think now you understand why people hesitate to buy tata cars even though they are the safest cars. It's the dealers and service centers that make everyone afraid of their cars.
    Maruthi is very good in all these aspects. Even though they are tin cans people feel welcomed and respected.
    Ultimately it's not just the car, the total experience matters.

    It's Tejaswi Tata (Hitech City Branch). I too had a very worse service. I booked top model Tata Harrier from this branch. You are true. They will never receive anybody. Not only sales service but the worst part is their after sales service (SERVICE CENTER BY TEJASWI).
    I will never and ever recommend this TEJASWI MOTORS. If you want to book, go for MALIK CARS or any other Car distributor but not TEJASWI.

    Most of the service centers behave like that, it is not the company fault, Most humans are irresponsible our studies are like that only, a teacher should not punish a child even if he was wrong, government and parents are encouraging such behaviour, this is the result. Recently in Bangalore they mocked a young farmar when he come to buy a car.
    Ananda Mahindra reacted . Hope TATA will improve their services. I love Indian brands and to support them

    No water bottle given, no cake cut in bought from “guntur Jasper”
    At ongole tata showroom they charged ₹990 for engine oil top up, when I given a complaint they changed the price to 549₹
    Cheapest people at service.

    I encourage to take an made in india product but tata it self made us to choose an other brand....Hello....same thing happened to us we went to book altroz/ punch vechile to hyndernagar tata showroom the vechile was not there and no executive has come to us...and ourselves we came out and went to madhapur showroom and for after 5 min of going into showroom no executive has attended us and I went to them and asked about the quotation....and the sad part is...we weren't that satisfied and...we left the choice of taking a tata motors car...#Nexa far better from Tata

    I visited Tata showroom for Safari . The sales people directly told me our after sales is horrible .I really don’t understand are they really willing to sell there cars . This happened in Tata motors beside CM camp house Hyderabad . 😂

    ఈ showroom srevice centre కొండాపూర్ లో ఉంటది అక్కడ ఒక 30 మంది స్టాఫ్ ఉంటారు ఒక్కడు కూడా పని చేయడు ప్రతి ఒక్కడు laptop or system పట్టుకొని కూర్చుంటారు ఆది ఇంకా దారుణం bro ప్రతి ఒక్కడు owner లాగా ఫీల్ అవుతాడు అక్కడ

    It's a shame that after building such good quality cars with economical prices, still they cannot reach top place just because of service centers. Shame.. Really shame.. I faced lot of troubles with service centers too. My friend told me not to go for Tata but I thought I can take little trouble at the cost of build quality. But you will think better to have a low build quality vehicle after looking at their service. They make you feel like a slave to them after your visit.

      That's true. End of the day Tata brain washed people guys we have designed better build quality .. lol... indian brands are rude to their homies even Bajaj, mahindra too. Tata better not to talk about it.

    Tejaswi showroom hitech City is worst , don't trust sunkara chandrakanth , niranjan or any person in that showroom. Even the Tejaswi service center is the worst. I have 2 years of sad experience with that service center.

    I also had a worst experience with that show room. This show room is not flexible in insurance, if you say will buy it from outside or make it optional, they will not accept for demand vehicles like Nexon and Punch. And also they will argue with us to take the extended warranties, if you want discount on insurance 🙂. So cancelled my booking there and moved to Orange Auto Pvt Ltd show room, where I can get more flexible.

    I am happy with Tejaswini showroom, madhapur..Chandrakanth any person helped me..my vehicle delivered in 50 days..my Nexon delivered Jan 1 St 2021.
    I am also happy with service..i completed 3 services their.

    I haven't experienced this at all, I am from Hyderabad and Orange Tata Karkhana showroom is really good a person named Mahesh sales executive spoke with me with pollite and also he explained me all about the vehicle... Not all the Tata Sales persons are bad but few of them are not worthy to work with Tata...

      Brother i also visited this place karkhana showroom, no one recieved me. After I waited 10 minutes then I come out from showroom and changed my opinion to buy Tata cars.

      Bro i visited this showroom in karkhana which is orange dealer's showroom with my mother few months back,the staff at the showroom were not bordered to greet us, we waited for almost 15 minutes and after 15 minutes an executive came and spoke with us and he did not properly reply to our quiries.He seems to be not intrested in explaining and clearing our doubts about Nexon Ev Max. Horrible experience and even at Malik motors bowenpally we had very bad experience.

Within 3 months front tyre damage ayyindhi, adigithe no warranty annaaru malli bridge stone tyres, tarvatha battery poyindhi annaaru, adhi kuda konnaadu papam, eppudu service ki ichina min 7-11k ayyedhi entra Babu ante idhi change cheyyaali Adhi baaledhu anevaaru, Ivi anni chuse nenu Hyundai grand i10 Nios ki vellaanu, Lakshmi Hyundai Rajahmundry is the best showroom with polite receiving towards customer, humble response, cooling drinking water or cool drink offer chestaru.     This might be the case in some showrooms, do not generalise and make statements. For example Vanasthalipuram Venkataramana motors excellent behaviour and hospitality. Maku delivery date kante munde deliver chesaru car kuda, excellent staff as well 👍🏻

    Same thing I too faced when I went to this branch for Tata Punch Test Drive.
    Agreed that I had to wait for my no. for test drive, but nobody was coordinating and I was not given any serial no for test drive nor anybody questioned me why at all I was in the showroom.
    After finding an executive who was just standing and not busy on any calls I enquired a question, if they would accept purchasing a car without insurance. The funny answer I got from him was "We make profit only on car insurance" 😂. I asked him, then why the hell are u selling cars and taking lot of business risk.
    These executives badly need professional training on dealing with customers.

    Brother, I would suggest one thing . Quality is not an important if we do safe drive with road speed limits and with good driving skills.But humbleness and respect customers also very very important to buy the TATA vehicles. If we purchase TATA vehicle & if we don’t get any proper response from them and service support, what should we do brother after buy a vehicle ?. Yes, we always supports TATA build quality because of Ratan TATA Garu. But this is totally unfair from the showroom person.

      Not every car is a plastic...don't forget that Breeza is also a Maruthi suzuki's product. And Hundai I10nios have a very good infotainment and adhere the Gncap safety measures

    Do not expect any type of welcome from TATA .
    Bcuz, those people are proud people.
    Ratan tata sir seems very simple as much as he can. But, staff especially who works in automotive stores, show extreme proud as they're next to ratan sir.
    This is their style of attitude, always show up proud in namesake of owner.
    They won't have individual remembrance for their attitude.

    Bro i also faced the same thing in Tata erragadda, sales personals are not even considered receiving of any new clients or explanations of car Features.
    Tata is like TCS for employees, once getin you'll get your salary if or if not worked also.
    Just the cars are getting sold on the name of Ratan Tata & it's brand,
    If this guys(sales employees) would work genuinely. No company can beat tata in sales and quality

    When I visited TATA showroom at Tiruppur (Tamilnadu), they behaved very well. There was no problem for me at all. So, at some places they are good. Anyhow management should take proper steps to avoid this kind of situations as you have experienced.

    Humble request to vloggers... If you are having issue with showroom guys please stop vlogs in that showroom ,but don't try create negative on Brands Name if you don't like stop and please remember now a days lots of vlogs are posted in UA-cam channels for earning money and self income purpose of you guys...
    As you said about leads if product is good leads and walk-ins will be there to showroom that is a different case... Try to understand not hurt any one .

    I am a satisfied user of Tata in passenger car segment, LCV segment and Heavy commercial segment also

    Recently I went nagole select cars showroom and vanastalipuram venkataramana show room , they received us very good, explained the clear info and offered the water bottle, coffee and small biscuit packet to my daughter as well. Might be the problem with the madapur branch.
    Anyway I heard after purchasing the vechile service is not Good due to less service centers.

    Hi, I bought Tata Tiago in 2019at this Tejaswi showroom hitec city branck. It is a faulty car they sold me. Car cabin is getting filled with ac water. I visited many time to get a permanent fix. They applied a glue/sealant when ever i face this problem. After 1 month same problem repeats. They didn't provide service at all. Disc is already rusted before delivery itself. They dont have closed godown to protect new cars. They will park the new cars outside uncovered parking only with out maintaining the new cars like washing/wiping the dust. When ever they get a booking, they clean it and sell it. One of the worse stuff decision I took to purchase car from them. Unfortunately is old that car with in 1 year. Loss of money, effort and importantly the trust. I will never purchase a tata vehicle.

    I had visited tata show-room in Visakhapatnam, we had same experience. The same day we visited Maruti , Hyundai and other showrooms they way they treated us is completely different when compared to tata sales team.. but i love tata product n its quality.
