In the late '70s and early '80s, the discos/clubs that attracted a mostly gay clientele were places of pure dance heaven! I miss this music so much. Nothing today compares to it (and gay bars aren't the same anymore!) The gay club scene in Boston was fabulous! I was a regular at Chaps, Buddies and Jacques.
Disco wasn't hated by our and a generation it was supposedly hated by the generation after hours because we party and we danced The generation after mines didn't dance they didn't know how to party
Disco was loved by MANY! I was in Germany and they loved Disco. So did the military. They loved it in the states. I know first hand as I was there. I still love it❤
