It would be for a short time - they still would heal together. Plus everyone in a relationship needs some space on his own now and then. They have been nothing but supportive , understanding and loving to each other - it was ( and is) great to watch, it would absolutely make no sense to let them break apart at this point . I hated that the writers killed of their baby after they were given us the abortion scare already - but after Lea and Shaun overcome their loss I would be happy if they would tief the knot and start planning on a little family - I would love to see Shaun becoming a father
Entirely true, a lot of immature souls imo, that's why they can't see what you see.
I have the same wishes for Lea and Shaun's future, let's hope it happens...
@@Ice.muffinthat's why they think lea and shaun break up because if it's too hard for lea she leaves shaun and it hurts him because he loves lea no matter what and wanted to be there for her since they lost their child
I knew they’d break em up
If Lea leaves for good or if they break up I am done watching the show. That's just lazy writing.
That's what I said at the end of s3 when Melendez died, but here I am still watching 😭😔
@@vgg31 lol sad
This season was so much.. ugh tbh I feel like just watching the Korean version and calling it a day
@@sillylove6945 Ikr some much stuff happened in one season
@@vgg31 rightt. But I love Shaun and Lea so much so I can't watch this show without them huhu
And he can help by understanding she needs to leave.
Which season?
Dear David Shore, I start to feel a bit weary of the Lea/Shaun arc already. It's always the same, both facing a difficult life's problem, Shaun is trying his best, and Lea is pretty much either run away or pushing Shaun away. It's predictable because it's been like that over and over again. Can we go back to the incredible medical plot where Shaun is at the center of it with tons of analysis that sometimes work / other times don't please...?
Anything like a good old House M.D. the first 3 seasons is fine with me.
I think two medical cases each episode are quite enough - and that hasn’t changed yet . Iam fine with that and seeing Shaun’s magical analysis almost every show wouldn’t make it special any more and would get boring . I mean you can’t just copy House and make a House 2.0 serial. Unfortunately you’re not interested in personal development of an autistic person - but honestly, who watches a TV serial just bc of medical cases?
@@nicoleDOxyz That would be me. House M.D. season 1-3 was launched in my country around the time I was doing my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. Every episode got my curiosity going which resulted in me doing more research about the diseases and conditions from the show. It broadens my knowledge beyond what I got from my class and internship because those cases are very hard to come by in reality.
So yeah, I don't watch medical dramas for the sake of drama. I also watch them in the hope that they would pick my curiosity about medical conditions, diseases, operations, how to distinguish psychotic symptoms from somatic symptoms, and everything in between.
@@samprasfoon06 fair enough, but you do you really expect the common TV audience to get a lot of information about medical details? You know you’re in the minority and TV dramas aren’t produced for a small group. You even admitted that House ( I have watched just a few episodes) changed that after season 3 , did I get it wrong? Probably the show‘s focus is a bit more on autism than medicine...
@@nicoleDOxyz which is exactly I express my point isn't it...???
What's your beef here...???
@@samprasfoon06 Beef? I am trying to have a civil conversation... you’re complaining about medical cases not beeing focused enough and Iam just commenting you shouldn’t have high hopes on that while their focus is more on autism and they also probably don’t want to copy House, so?
At least shaun have a happiness with lea even tho they just lost their baby
Where can I watch this?
Hulu
Again. Lea's leaving Again.
And this time it's not a road trip. Shaun can go with her to take as many days off as he needs to. Personal crisis? YES.
Do you think they want to go separate ways?
@@ilahmaecunanan2629 I think they want to part on separate terms. They need each other for different reasons.
I'm not sure he will go with her. That means he would have to quite his job.
heartbreaking episode onfg
Poor shaunie :(
Their characters are so intertwined that it makes me feel they are an off screen couple.
Why was she there again? To create a yes/no/maybe database?
Hello, how are you?
Will leah leave Shaun or this is just a break for personal space to move on and feel better ?
April and Jackson type beat
It's idea for lea time away will probably help her.
I do not think so. That will means the end of shea
Ive never been a lea fan. She was cool as a roommate friend but as a lover/partner ugh. So....i couldn't care less if she leaves
Usss
My sentiments exactly
She has the tendency to pull back and leaves and then suddenly shows up 😒
She’s not leaving she just needs some time to help her move on that’s all
Pull back? She's depressed. She had a baby die inside her and then had to it's (pretty sizable) body removed from her. These things take time .
Please tell me they did not break up ABC don't you dare do this to us fans.
Wait, this doesn't mean Lea is breaking up with Shaun though, does it? 😥
@TV 101 I totally agree. 😢
A break always implies a break.
354th!!....cant wait for ep 20 and nxt season!

Weren't they supposed to get married?
This was before she asked him to marry her
I cant stand her. Always leaves when things get rough. Dont come back this time
Eh the show kind of died when they turned into a knockoff version of Grey's Anatomy. Next season will be its last because of terrible writers. They have a great cast but the worst writers ever. What a load of wasted potential for a tv show.
It really did 🤣🤣
It’s ironic that they took a swipe at Greys in the last episode. But you make a fair point that they’re headed right down that rabbit hole here.
@@hamburg1306 how did they take a swipe at Grey’s Anatomy?
It had so much potential but yeS the writing got worse
@@julesk2629 They mentioned them during a scene from the last episode.
They never should have put them together. This show is confusing.
Don't Shaun e Lea broken up
I see Lea coming back for a short period nwxt season but being written out for good.
💔😭
The good doctor is a player lol
He’s only dated two people😳?
Can they just show the episode that shaun is acting loopy and find out hes norman Bates already? This show is putting me to sleep.
I called it. Lea is not for Shaun. She is selfish again. Shaun tried hard to make her happy but he can't.She always need more. Lea is not Shaun's soulmate.
The best comment I've ever read about this couple. ❤️❤️❤️
I thought it was just me.
Jesus. She just lost her baby for Christ’s sake of course she needs some time away it’s not selfishness it’s grief. Nothing can make a miscarriage better, her and Shaun will go to Hershey and they will come back stronger because of it.
You soulless leeches have zero empathy, they lost a god damn child lmao and she's being selfish?

Shaun needs to move on and be with someone who gets him, I mean REALLY gets him. Preferably a fellow doctor.
