I had a bad experience with them. I placed an order and after they sent it to the wrong address and I proved it to them they refused to re-send the order or refund it. You can clearly see on my account the right address but when delivered it said a different address. They acted like they didn’t understand me and said that because it was delivered they did everything right. That the order was received and that they didn’t know why I was contacting them. 😞 Please be careful!
By what method did you pay at the checkout, since Paypal isnt active now in India (apparently?). Are there extra conversion charges added in case of payments through bank transfer? P.S. thanks for the coupon code :)
